• Sharyn (9/5): Perfect overnight stay - Property was clean and seemed to be refurbished. It was very nice. The pool looked clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was wrong per se, but I think everything was new, so the pillows were extremely high and hard. Just need a toilet roll holder and hand towels. Maybe put in a cheap hairdryer in the bathroom and it would be perfect.

Jackie was very friendly, professional and helpful. The location is not good. The cars and trucks on the highway were extremely noisy. The rooms need upgrading and a total facelift; suggest double glazing to minimize the noise.

Bed was super comfy and had all the facilities we needed for our one night We had a Ute and trailer and steep driveway meant we had to park on the side of the road. Not necessarily your problem, just the only negative I could think of

• James (1/5): Unbelievably terrible stay. - For a $207/night hotel, there was NOT a box of facial tissues, the air-con was NOT cold, there were ONLY 2 power points available and one of them was NOT working. Extremely poor value for money.

Hot water wasn't great, although I was told this was a known issue fro the room I was staying in and the hot water system is being upgraded. Kettle tripped the RCD when I plugged it in, but was easily reset, and the kettle was replaced immediately.

Please remove the 'plug in smells' from the room. I turned it off and put it on the bench in the kitchen, not the bedroom. The rug on the bed was warm, although had a cigarette smoke smell to it.

• Laura (4/5): It was a quick stopover, however we wouldn’t return unless it was revamped and made safer. - It was a good stop off for our trip up north The balcony door to our apartment did not lock. We were on the ground floor with two small children and a lot of shouting from outside which left us unable to sleep. There were no curtains in the twin bed room so it was very bright in there at sleep time and early in the morning.
