My needs were meet.Shower head was great and shower cubicle spacious, room was spacious Floor was never vacuumed on arrival, stayed 3 nights, floor still never vacuumed.Bird droppings on inside window sill.Exterior very old run down, therefore looks rough neighbourhood. Not enough standing room to close toilet door, unless you step into the shower cubicle.The list is long, it does pass for cheap accomodation.

- Gerne (1/5): Was not a comfortable enjoyable night. - Staff was friendly. Shower was clean and hot. Room 7 door was a massive struggle to open or close. Some of the switches was covered in black tape. There were patches on the wall in 3 places. Room smells damp and mouldy. Bed was very bouncy and not nice for two people to sleep on.

- David Anderson (7/5): Good value has most of what you need. - I have been to this site several times as I work in region regularly, It is good value and has most of what you need, Yet no microwave this is unusual but generally make do as I usually only stay 1 -2 nights at a time. No Microwave TV can be difficult little bit ageing.

- Halbert (4/5): - It was a pretty good price and obviously quite convenient but so close to the pub for a meal or drink I had a an absolute crackhead that was awake for roughly 72 hours straight banging around in the room next to me and making heaps of strange noises absolutely off his head. Out of 18 rooms there were three people using them and everyone got out right next to eachother. And obviously the part of town and the cheap price attracts some grubs.

- patricia (2/5): Would not stop there again. - clean white towels and sheets. motel is very old and in much need of repair. Hand basin water flowed outside onto the ground. Aluminium edge bench cover underneath was discusting. light switch held in place with tape. the aluminium cover on bench held in place with tape. Gutters on motel are rusted out. No eve covers. can see the inside of the roof. Mold on ceiling and paint peeling off out side shower.

- MARK (6/5): Good stop after a long drive - Older and needing some TLC but had all I needed as I passed through town. Check in was a bit slow but friendly. It's a pub so some noisy neighbours at closing time but not a big deal. No meals on site but plenty to choose from nearby. Comfy bed, good shower, some nice touches such as good towels, shampoos, etc. value for money.

But itâs just external. The price reflects the interior spaces but the room had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. Awesome shower! Staff very friendly and helpful. Got asked for a âcash onlyâ key bond, had no cash so it was ok but a little unusual đ€

- Varmora (6/5): Affordable. - Clean The door needed replacement, was almost impossible to open and shut. There were holes in the wall that hadn't been repaired appropriately and broken windows which made it feel insecure. The staff are doing great and I understand the hotel is being repaired.

I wasn't able to open the door to get in and had to constantly lean against my car to kick it open. All taps kept dripping and one waist pipe was leaking on the carpet. When I was looking for the Bible to read I found syringes beside it under a phone book.

I made my dinner and supper elsewhere and walking it - Walking distance to places I wanted to be Maybe needs an upgrade with property fencing. That way both private and work vehicles are inside the premises and secured.

- Martha (5/5): Was unsure at first, once settled in, felt more comfortable - Was unsure at first, once settled in, met friendly occupants at the time of stay, Some of them were there for the same reason I was. Very close to the city area and shopping facilities. Was convenient for where I needed to get too. If given a refurbishment, this could be a really great stay in, looking forward to seeing improvements in the near future. Disposable bins were not accessible, had to leave rubbish bags on top of the disposable bin. Single bed was bumpy, would recommend getting a new bed. Microwave was not working, but the staff were happy to replace asap and share cleaning equipment's. Need to replace bibles in the room as a non believer has written own beliefs/wording's which has ruined the book, and has possibly drawn a cult star on one of the chairs in the room

- Rae (8/5): Great customer service and value for money, everything smelled clean and washed Roomy Parking - Didn't have breakfast just travelling through, I had a turbulent trip and the service fantastic one of the ladies offered to help with luggage which far and beyond she offered me drinks for my room the towels and the bedding smelled clean even even for an older motor Inn, good value for money self contained and lovely caring people. It was all about their customer service which was fantastic. Great roomy parking! Their could be a curtain on the top windows in the bathroom but all in all got a goodnight rest, the service was excellent.

- Megan (2/5): Would not stay again. - The room was clean. Much, the room looked nothing like the photo. Reminded me of a jail like room. Bathroom was very squishy so had to go into the shower to close the door. The room did not feel secure - slept with the bed pushed up against the door. It only has a snib in the handle. No real lock on either door (as there was a back door that was also not super secure. Just a push button lock.)

- Grant (1/5): Bad - I was treated like crap from moment I walked in, claiming they couldn't serve me alcohol even though I didn't ask,, simply cause my licence was a truck licence which made no sense and even the liquor licensing act backed that up. fire alarm went off in morning and than they didn't extend for 1 extra night because I brought up these issues as nicely as possible under the circumstances. was staying with gf on our time of from mines,, was terrible only good thing was other stuff heated up food in their microwave in the pub, which you would expect anyway

- Kristin (5/5): It was okay. The staff was wonderful but the door made me feel uneasy - The staff was absolutely amazing. So friendly & so helpful! Accommodating & was just very very kind. Handed me blankets, gave me towels, and all the other bathroom essentials. The doors didnât feel so secure. Only had one lock (on the door) which could easily be picked if someone tried. Would recommend adding more door locks since the location of the property is right by the road & can be accessed by anyone at all
