The staff were friendly and did their best to assist but there was obviously an ongoing problem with the air conditioning. The motel is quiet and has good offsite parking. The shower water was drained incorrectly and flowed into the bathroom which made showering uncomfortable. Would probably not recommend if these issues are important to your stay.
• Deanna (8/5): - The key cards are very sensitive to interference from mobile devices. LUCKILY the cleaner on duty was an angel nothing was a bother for her. Motel is old but has been redurbished on inside, clean and comfotable. Great location for where we needed to be.
• Louise (8/5): - The staff person in reception was very helpful and even upgraded us to a better room for no cost. The bed was comfortable and things like the towels were much better quality than a budget motel. I would definitely recommend and will stay again.

• Sandeep (10/5): - The room was nice and quiet. Clean and very comfortable. The town centre is at a walking distance and has everything one might need during a stay. The lady in the reception office was very helpful and kind. Although it is a bit far from Sydney, getting a cab was no hassle at all.

• Debra (10/5): - The 1st room the bedsheets were dirty and the mattress cover hair over it and and there was a bad odour in the room. The second room that I was moved to i could not use the crockery and cutlery as there was alot of hair and dust in the bottom draw that it was stored in. The floor of the spa was all peeled and i had to pit a towel on the bottom to sit in it. The pool was permanetly out of order which should be taken off their ad. After driving all day in 30 plus heat was looking forward to a cool down in the pool. I would not stay there again

• Eira (4/5): - Its an older property which shows its age. The room was good size, bathroom was too small. Bed was uncomfortable, mattress no support. Blanket on bed smelt of smoker, only one on bed despite being winter. Extra blankets in cupboard needed washing, stains & hairs seen. Nice to have crockery for food but no tea towel to dry plates. Would not stay there again

Main shopping centr Miranda a $52 taxi ride. Fast food places over the highway which was a bonus for the young ones. plenty of parking space available.

• Daydream24562693635 (10/5): Amazing Stay - We had an amazing stay here. Staff members were so kind to us. we stayed in a loft room and when you walk in it has a cozy feeling. The beds were amazing, the bathrooms had all guest amenities and thy provided tea, milk, coffee and cutleries. at the back there is a nice grass area with a table on the deck which you cans it on in the early morning and coffee. They provide extra blankets for the cold nights. The location was good, it was close to everything, across the road from the motel is a gas station and there are many food places to grab food. This was the best stay with my family and I would definitely come back again. 5 stars

• Loretta (10/5): Over night stay. - This is a nice motor inn to stay, would highly recommend. It is a bit hard to negotiate whilst driving depending on what side of the road you are on because it is on a main highway. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was closed due to Covid but I have used it before and it is a nice indoor pool. Our bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze but we had no problem. The shower rose is fixed and we prefer to be able to adjust it but shower was hot and manageable.Could do with a hair dryer, I didn't bring one because most motels have one. Overall I would recommend and would stay again. Thank you.

The bathroom was long and narrow, and although the size of the shower itself was decent, the rose was very high with no ability to change water flow direction. There was only a shower curtain which didn't reach the floor and so the floor got very wet in front of the very tight vanity space. Space around toilet also too tight - someone with very long legs would find their knees touching the wall. Air-conditioning efficient and comfortable. Very pleasant staff. Great for our overnight stay.

The room was clean and tidy, very basic but adequet for a 1 night stop over. The air con worked a treat and the bed was comfy. Shower had good temperature and preasure however the enitre bathroom ended up wet. All in all it was ok but I would look at other options in the area for the price I paid.

The shower only had a curtain which left the floor area saturated as there was no step. Staff very friendly. Bed was comfy and pillow just right. No complaints.

The price seemed ok for 3 people around New Years and the area decent BUT .. there were 2 towels provided for 3 people, mould all through the bathroom and not much room to move around in the bedroom or bathroom. The air con did not work and only blew a tiny bit of air, not even cold. Woke up in the night sweating and unable to breathe as it was so hot , had to open the door to the room which was a bit scary but we had no choice. Do not stay here if you can help it. We were however Super grateful for being able to check in after hours and the staff member we saw was nice but when we called earlier the person who answered the phone wad rude and unhelpful. This was the worst hotel all 3 of us had ever stayed at. Would have slept better in the car.
