Buen desayuno. El personal de recepción nos atendió muy bien. La habitación era un pelín antigua, le faltaba secador de pelo (estaba roto) Por lo demás todo bien.

- VIRLANE (9/5): Very nice experience shout out to the staff for being very helpful and accomodating - Near Rizal Boulevard; nice and safe area. All The hotel staff were so helpful, respectful and very accomodating. We super enjoyed Dumaguete and Siquijor, big revelation. Very safe we walked at night esp at Rizal Boulevard. Great food, excellent places (Sansrival Bistro, Honeycomb Bar, Why Not Disco, Rizal Blvd.) A Pool and gym would be more appreciated altho the amount we paid was very Good value.

My mother was in the other room on the 7th floor with her friends however they've heard something awkward like someone's pull a chair back and forth. In the middle of the night.someone using a hammer on the floor. Not only my mother but also her friends heard that creepy thing. Restaurant. Only varieties of choice yet when we arrived no available seats but we sat outside with no Aircon. They need to refill the food on the buffet. Don't wait till it's Finnish as we check all the food are empty.

- The Sightseers (7/5): Spacious room - The location and spacious room The female cleaners sometimes come across as unfriendly. I understand that their work can be physically demanding, especially when cleaning many rooms throughout the day, and they may also be dealing with personal stress or simply having a difficult day. However, since housekeeping staff play an essential role in maintaining the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel, I believe it is important that guests also feel welcomed and treated warmly during interactions with them. Their work is just as valuable and important as that of any other employee in the hotel, and positive communication with guests helps create a better overall experience. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively and used to encourage a more friendly and welcoming atmosphere among all staff members.

The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant food was great. I didn’t like the unreliable internet or the lack of hot water. It was always a surprise when taking a shower, you never know what you’re getting.

- JESSE (8/5): It was my third time staying there and I will go back again - The staff were very courtious a always. Breakfast is very good there. It's a great location close to shopping and not far from the waterfront and boulevard. They advertise cable TV and Satelite. But it is nothing but internet and streaming services that are not free of charge. That was my only disappointment with my stay there. They could improve in that area.

- Joseph C. Dean (8/5): Spacious Rooms - The rooms are larger than most, come with a kettle, android TV, a great spacious shower and real black-out curtains. The A/C was super efficient and as the room really holds the cold air in well, you can turn off the A/C for long periods at a time given the room remained cool. The rooms are starting to show their age but they are well maintained and the rooms clean. The breakfast buffet is local style fare which is fine but it was a limited choice. The service crews in the hotel restaurant were excellent and attended to the guests well. Jollibee and a 7/11 are a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Grab triclyes are readily available through the Grab app. I took a Grab tricycle to the airport and it only cost PHP 77. Haggling with the tricycle drivers will only cost you 3 or 4 times more otherwise. I'll definitely stay again on my next business trip. I found the front desk to be in total chaos. The hotel had a lot of interns on the front desk so it isn't most efficient nor a very helpful front desk as the interns weren't being supervised by any senior staff at the time.
