• Munns (9/5): - A clean, spacious apartment with a wide balcony extending around the lounge area and the rwo bedrooms with doors opening from all rooms. With good security. It's a great place to stay. The beach, shops and entertainment are within walking distance but could be hard for some elderly or infirm if travelling without a car. ..

• Annie (9/5): Spacious well located apartment with secure parking in the center of Wollongong - Great value for money accommodation, walking distance to the harbour and mall. Spacious comfortable apartment with full kitchen facilities, secure parking, and comfortable bed. Everything was provided including a dish drying rack! It's time to get the bathrooms updated. The view from our spacious outdoor area was into the balconies of the flats next door. Not very private. The dishwashing detergent provided was in little plastic sachets. Much appreciated but you could cut down on plastic waste by having a refillable bottle.

However felt very safe as it was in a good area

• michelle (8/5): Great location that is close to everything - The location The balcony was covered in cobwebs, and a note in our room on arrival stating due to Easter long weekend that no rooms would be serviced but they were fine to make up rooms for new guests arriving but not for existing guests which I find very rude, this should of been conveyed to us prior to checking in or at least when checking in at reception, considering we were there for 4 days very poor communication.

• Thomas (8/5): Gut gelegenes, sauberes und ausreichend großes Apartment - Wir haben das Apartment kurzfristig für eine Nacht gebucht, um eine lange Fahrt zu unterbrechen. Dafür war es sehr gut geeignet. Man ist zu Fuß schnell am Strand und im Stadtzentrum. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, es war aber sauber und ziemlich geräumig, sicher auch für ein paar Tage geeignet. Bad und Betten völlig ok. Praktisch ist der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und der sehr freundliche Herr beim Auschecken hat uns erlaubt, den Wagen noch stehen zu lassen, damit wir noch etwas in der Stadt erledigen und in Ruhe Mittagessen konnen, bevor die Reise weiter ging, Es gab etwas Probleme mit der Keycard: Wir hatten Late Checkin angefordert und auch sofort einen Code für den Keysafe per Mail erhalten. Der hat dann aber nicht funktioniert. Allerdings kam höchstens 10 min. nach einem kurzen Anruf eine Dame, hat sich entschuldigt und uns die Keycards überreicht. Es gab wohl ein Mißverständnis im Büro.

• Lennon (10/5): A perfect location - the location is excellent. We parked our car in the undercover secure parking garage and did not need to use it again until we left. The apartments are right in the main eating and shopping area. Close to the beach and there is a free bus service available. We have stayed here before and would not consider anywhere else There is nothing not to like. Housekepping came in every day. They make sure that you have everything you need.

Hosts were very communicative and responsive, they even phoned us on the day of arrival to make sure we had all the info we needed. The property was great but some of the adjacent properties had a "chatty dog" that was a bit frustrating when trying to get to sleep or stay asleep after 6 a.m. It wasn't bad enough to stop me staying at this place again though, the comfort and service far outweighed the dog.

Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a fan to use in the bedroom which was great. There were no scissors in the kitchen and we needed some several times.
