• Phillip (2/5): Disappointing - On the beach Stayed in a tent. It was old and in need of repair, from the sink that was blocked, the toilet seat that was very loose, the tent that was ripped and covered by gaffer tape (been there a long time), the fridge that was out of the 60’s and filthy AND the lights that took a long time to find were ‘hidden’ beside the fridge that was butted up to the wall - had to push the fridge over to turn the lights on (ONCE WE FOUND THEM) - would not return.

• Emily (7/5): Poor communication but lovely site and location - The location, and the kids loved the novelty of the safari tent We weren’t informed of work on site before or on arrival which was disappointing, a heads up would have been polite and appreciated. We live only an hour away and would of booked for another time if we had known. Jack hammering throughout the day was not the beach trip we planned. Safari tents are very close together and we could hear snoring next door, usually we would of just taken this as part of it but with the trades there as well it was a bit much with toddlers.

Cabin was very clean Our cabin was advertised as having a dishwasher and it didn't and the second bedroom wall fan made the walls vibrate very loudly and the kids couldn't sleep with it on and then the room was hot.

We will definitely be back to check them out once done. Parking spaces allocated to these tents are a little difficult to access with a mid to large size car.

Having visited Agnes Water many times and staying in a variety of places, this was our first at the park and it was amazing. So close to the beach, and everything we needed. We left and already booked our next stay! Thank you for a beautiful weekend!

• Pat (10/5): Our stay was excellent and drove down to 1770 a couple of times. - The property was quite new with excellent facilities. Our accomodation was about 200 meters from the beach. The property was centrally located, not far from the shops. Everything was ok with the property.

• Anna (10/5): Great location on the beach - The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The best thing about it was that it faced the beach - about a one minute walk away. It was wonderful being able to see the ocean from the balcony and listen to the sound of the waves in bed. Would've stayed longer but unfortunately it was booked out.

• Ann (8/5): Great View - We had the studio cabin on the beach. It's in a great location with fabulous views of the beach. We enjoyed eating our meals on the balcony. The Holiday's Cafe served really good food. Walking distance to shops and cafes. The check in was a bit rude. We had to leave the car on the street to check in and get the gate code. There was a line up of cars on the road to enter. Most resorts have the reception before the gate and you can park on the property. The TV was too small, not enough cups and utensils. There was also no iron in the laundry.

We enjoyed the parking area with space for visitors too. We needed something to hang a towel on near the basin in the second toilet. A pair of kitchen scissors would have been handy.

• Carolyn (10/5): Great location and accommodation. - The overall accommodation was excellent. Very spacious and comfortable. While we didn’t use the private bbq having that option was fantastic. The reception lady (I think Connie) did not seem to like that we had booked through booking.com. She was quite rude and we will make sure we tell everyone about this.
• Jane Liz (10/5): We had a wonderful visit and we will be back. - The location was amazing with an incredibly short walk to the beach. We had a fantastic view from our Safari Tent and we made good use of the deck area and the Bar B Que. The bacon and egg rolls in the cafe were amazing.
