Limited reception opening over the weekend. Wasn't sure where to get more washing powder and toilet rolls.

- Richard (9/5): Beautiful Apartment. Inconsistent WiFi - Very warm welcome, beautifully equipped apartment, available parking, kitchen with full range of accessories. Tons of space in apartment. Very convenient location (for us anyway). WiFi kept dipping out which was slightly annoying. And also an oddity when you hand your key in while checking out you are stuck in reception as you need a key fob to exit. If there is no one at reception (which there wasn't when we left), you're a bit stuck!

The staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. I will definitely put this accommodation at the top of my list for future stays. The Wifi did drop in and out but this wasn’t a big issue to me as I don’t go away to spend my days scrolling through my phone

However, the receptionist was so apologetic and tried to resolve, but couldn't as one was not available - not her fault.

The amount of pots pans cutlery etc. Being able to walk down the stairs instead of taking the lift and the lights coming on when doing so. Looking out to a homeless person sleeping across the road day and night in the old Police building. The first night the expelair had this weird banging noise which probably was because of strong winds.

Toilet is badly positioned against a side wall with the user having to sit on an angle to avoid heated towel rail and toilet paper roll. Check first as we would stay here again but not this apartment if avoidable. Bed was a bit soft for my liking,

- Gina (9/5): Excellent would stay again - Lovely clean apartment, all facilities you could wish for. Home from home. Nice swimming pool area, bbq facilities both in apt and on swimming pool deck. Gym spotless and all equipment you would need for strength training. Perfect location for the centre and the mount Jacuzzi had list some of its power jets Not enough seating area on swimming pool deck deck

- Shelly (9/5): Great for a longer stay - Staff were welcoming, flexible and helpful. The location to the Mount perfect. Reasonably quiet. Sky available with recording which helped fast forward through the long cricket games!. Queen bed. Hugely prefer a king bed.

- Michael (8/5): We had a wonderful experience and hope to be able to rebook this particular unit when we revisit. - The general location is excellent, being on a slightly quieter street, but still really handy to downtown bars and restaurants, beaches and walks. The apartment itself was roomy and sunny, fully equipped and comfortable, and suitable for an overnight stay or something longer term. We personally, perhaps because we are not all that tech savvy, were unable to operate the main room t.v., truly a very minor niggle for an otherwise awesome visit.

- Claire (9/5): It was just fine. - It was lovely and clean. Located in a noisy area, but it wasn't too bad when the sliding doors to the balcony were closed. It suited our purpose. Very central and noisy all night.

- Julian (4/5): - Location was great Unit was right outside the pool and spa. We had no privacy. People were always trying to use the chairs and table belonging to the unit. We had to keep the curtains pulled to have privacy. Would not stay in that unit again.
