• Jaime (10/5): Great place to stay. Stayed in a few motels in my time . This place made you feel at home - Friendly environment, Nadine was amazing host. Had everything I needed. Car was safe and secure . Housekeeping was lovely was happy to help if needed anything.

• Maryka (4/5): It was not worth the money I paid to stay here - The bed was not great but not terrible. TV was in good working condition. Staff waa veey friendly The room was uncomfortably small. The walls were dirty and the room smelled really bad when I first entered. The shower is dark and dirty and has a bad smell coming from the drains. There was not enough milk supplied fir the three nights that I stayed and I had to do without coffee on the laat morning. Thr airconditioning is on but does not seem to cool the room down too much.

• Debbie (10/5): Good value for money. - This was the 3rd time staying here. The cleanliness, secure parking and friendly staff made our short stay an enjoyable one. Will definitely stay here again.

• Keith (5/5): Good basic accommodation, no frills - The lady running the place and the staff we met while there (one night) were very friendly and helpful. The outside Shutter on our window was stuck in the down position so no natural light was available in the room

• Janet (8/5): Lovely surroundings quiet stay all good - Very friendly English lads on check in - thank you! Everything clean and straightforward. Very quiet. Lovely central BBQ / sitting area. The screen on the window didn’t open, if I’d been staying longer it would have been a bit claustrophobic but for a night it was fine.

• Jenny (8/5): Hidden gem with great service ☺️ - Nice and quiet, pretty location. The bathrooms have been renovated. Nadine was amazing. Not too much, rooms are a bit small but the rest of the property makes up for it.

• Ann (7/5): - The staff were very welcoming even though we'd arrived before check in but they were able to allocate our room. Secured parking was a bonus but there was parking outside which was also available. The room was nicely presented, clean and comfortable with a kettle and toaster. Fortunately we had provisions to enable us to make our own breakfast. Not being familiar with the area and the location of the lodge we found it was necessary to have a car to drive to find the restaurants nearby.

• Beth (9/5): An excellent place to stay and very easy people to deal with. - The accommodation was in a great location with excellent facilities, including free washing machine and dryer, pegs and detergent; BBQ with paper towel, oil and foil. Management was very friendly and helpful. Secure parking brilliant. A couple of sinks outside with the BBQs would be easier to do dishes than in bathroom with no bench space.

• Valerie (8/5): Nice motel with helpful staff - Room was fairly small but quite comfortable , bed was fine. There is a free laundry for guests which if needed is good. Nadine in reception is very nice & helpful & knows were everything is in Karrartha. % mins by car there is a shopping center & a pub for meals. The motel is quite hard to find even with google maps it is tucked away sort of in a corner once found though it is easy to find shops etc.

I really appreciated how the BBQ areas were thoughtfully stocked with essentials like salt, pepper, oil, and sauce. It was also fantastic to have access to free laundry facilities, including complimentary laundry powder. The availability of filtered drinking water was another great touch. All these small details truly made a big difference to the overall experience. I felt a little claustrophobic in the room with the shutters down

• Nicole (10/5): Great place to stay - The staff are absolutely beautiful. So friendly, very informative, and very helpful. The rooms are well equipped and cyclone proof, too. There is a laundry with a washing machine, powder, and clothes line free to use. The resident dog is there to greet you. Very friendly. Secure parking and an outdoor sitting area.

We came back on our return trip back down the coast having stayed 2 nights on the way up. Free laundry was a great bonus. Nothing to dislike.

• Marcia (10/5): Great overnight travellers stay! - Check in was made very pleasant due to the wonderful lady on reception. She was very helpful and provided exceptional service. Room was clean and well appointed. Location excellent. Great rest stop for an overnight stay. Secure parking with easy access to and from car park. Close to food outlets, restaurants and fuel stations. Highly recommend and will definitely stay on return journey! Thank you!
