• Rob (10/5): A peaceful and comfortable stay in a beautiful lakeside location. - Lovely lakeside location with beautiful views and an easy walk into Merimbula. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, and the area felt peaceful and relaxing. It’s a great spot to slow down and enjoy the surroundings. Nothing at all, the bed was a little too soft but I think that is just personal preference

• Silverton (8/5): Little Gem - The position great on lake,comfort and easy walking to beach. Has a good pool. Busy with family groups this time of year. Communal bbq and games facilities. Welcome goodies in fridge was a lovely surprise. Big fridge and some basic kitchen equipment and cooking facilities great for traveller. Loved view from studio room. Great for solo or couple. Bigger apartments available.

• Joanne (8/5): A delight to wake up every day and watch the sun settle over the town af night. - The position is perfect. An all day sunny aspect looking over Merimbula Lake. The gardens and the cleanliness of the bbq and pool areas are the nest we have seen. Congratulations to the groundskeeper The kitchen could do with extra crockery and cooking items. A salad bowl and some platters for cheese etc. would be appreciated. There is the very bare minimum and as every cupboard has a little something in it there was no where to place groceries. A small thing but it makes a big difference..especially during a longer stay

Been to Merimbula a few times now, would definitely stay here again. We are from Melbourne, so a big drive for us, but well worth it.
• John (8/5): V pleasant. - Staff could have been more helpful when a child spilt curdled chocolate milk on carpet. We bought cleansing products but did not successfully remove odour. More prompt and supportive action could have been taken by manager. Instead he charged for steam cleaning.

• Shane (9/5): We are going back... 100%! - The property was spotless clean, the pool was perfect, shops and anything you could want was a very short distance away, the beach is a stone throw, its just a fantastic, fantastic place to stay. The property had a dish washer, washing machine, dryer, internet, good tv, comfortable couches, awesome balcony, lots of space, it was just great. The manager was a bit of a grouch. And the mattress and pillows left alot to be desired. These were the only things to let down the stay from being a 10 out of 10.

Private laundry downstairs, great views from the living room. Manager Matt was very responsive to queries. Well kept property. Accomodation was well fitted out with lovely quality towels etc and a few extra unexpected things like a water filter, generous provision of coffee and teas. Watch out for the 9 am check out time. Too early when on holidays. Would have liked time for a leisurely breakfast or walk before pack up. Took us 1.5 hours to sort/seperate/pack/ clean for 2 respective families. If you’d like a 10 am checkout maybe apply to the property beforehand.

The outlook onto the pool and when outside onto the lake is lovely. The rooms were clean and functional. Bed comfy and Shower pressure was good. There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom, always nice to have in a unit. Lovely BBQ area, a small tennis court and table tennis table available to use. Would have loved to stay a few more days. The shower cubical shape was strange. It was long and narrow with the shower head in the middle of the long side. Meaning there wasn't much room to move in the width. Car parking was onsite, which was good but you felt you had to get as close to wall as possible, for others to drive by you. Also when parked it was over door way to unit.
