- Heather (8/5): Lovely staff but lack of information/poor heating nearly ruined our stay - The position was good and the room was newly decorated. The stand-in manager, Brendan, was great. He was down from Queensland for a couple of weeks and his enthusiasm for Bright and dining tips were perfect. He was also very helpful when we asked for anything. There were no instructions in the room as it was newly painted and so signs had not been replaced on walls. This meant we froze for a night as the split system heater struggled. The next day we were about to move to alternative accommodation when we learned that a radiator was in a bottom cupboard behind kitchen utensils. That said, It was above freezing so the split system should have coped AND there really needs to be a heater in the bathroom!

- Carol (8/5): Great location! - Fabulous location right in town. Easy parking at door. Room was well equipped. Shower was strong and hot. The beds weren't so good, unfortunately. Very hard, and the main bed springs were uncomfortable. Expensive for what it is.

The facilities could do with an upgrade. Some extra hanging space in the bathroom is needed. The TV would lose signal and you couldn't get many stations. The toilet was noisy.

Nice fella at reception upgraded us to a bigger family room which was really thoughtful. Arrived after peak holiday time so it was nice and quiet. No shade in the car park. It was a very hot weekend and the sun was baking.

- Gabriel (10/5): Very easy, cozy and accessible - Incredibly convenient location! Only about 100-200 metres from the town centre, very easy to find and get to. Staff were super friendly, welcoming and hassle-free to check in and out The beds are on the firm side and the pillows on the soft side, but that's personal preference, absolutely nothing wrong with them

- Andria (10/5): Fabulous location, comfortable stay, great value ! - A lovely, large, spotlessly clean and comfy room in the best location - close to all that Bright has to offer - walks along the river and to nearby lookouts, Splash park, great cafes, restaurants, bookshops, and the super cute little Sun Theatre (which was a highlight of our visit). The staff were lovely too, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Thank You! We'll be back.

Had to keep blinds closed at all time as pedestrians could look straight in...and there were a lot of walkers. Basin in the bathroom leaking and drowned the hairdryer. Limited space to put luggage

A discount at the mini golf for staying is a great perk, too. The staff were very lovely and the room was nice and tidy with convenient parking right outside! Will definitely stay again :) Nothing, all was great!

- Phillip (10/5): Was glad we stayed here, and was our first time in Bright. Having comfy accommodation to rest at night made our weekend - Modern inside, the king size bed is super comfortable and warm in winter. Large screen tv was nice to watch a late night movie before going to sleep.

The kitchen supplies were great. The place was dirty.amd looked rushed to be renovated. I woke up with a rash and scratched all night. The bed had hair on the sheets, and the floor was filthy. Half a roll of toilet paper supplied. Shouldn't have to chase that sort of thing up.
