• Susan (5/5): It was nice except for fridge experience but wouldn’t stay there again - Location great very clean The fridge could have been set at the right temperature it was set on high all our food had to be thrown out management didn’t seem to care. It cost us about$100.

The open kitchen dining and lounge was great for the family. Good size rooms and nice water pressure in shower Comfortable beds and the pool was right at the back door with a lovely bbq area Rhys the owner was a pleasure to meet
• Fiona (8/5): Property manager very friendly & helpful but finding the underside of Doona cover with multiple areas of dried semem - View from the property EXTREMLY appalled when l removed the doona from the bed as it was too heavy only to find on the underside of the cover having multiple areas of dried semen. Obviously noted laundered between clients.
• Sandra (9/5): We had an enjoyable stay at this property. - This 2 bedroom apartment was clean very spacious and had everything needed for a holiday. Netflix couldn’t be used when we arrived but staff attended to this and got it working for us. Lights on entry gate to property weren’t working so a bit hard to find the entrance at night.

• Bourne (9/5): Excellent would stay there again - Rooms where clean and plenty of room. Great location we could walk into town and to the surf beach, parking was easy and even though it was at the bridge intersection it was not noisy.

BBQ area and swimming pool great and the gardens in the property were immaculate Couch’s were comfy Great to have starter items like salt and pepper, sugar, laundry powder, dishwashing liquid and tablets and toilet paper Only had a double bed in the main bedroom, really need at least a QS bed as there was enough room to fit one. The top loader washing machine was tough on clothes. On a regular wash it ripped the towels so only used gentle wash It doesn’t have foxtel anymore, needs to be updated along with in-house information booklet

Walk up the road to the beach. Well maintained gardens, pool and unit. If something had a bbq they could see into our unit.

The bathrooms could have been cleaner, they weren’t super dirty, but some areas like behind the taps, the floor tiles and the spa bath jets were dirty.

• John (9/5): A very attractive apartment & a relaxing place to stay. - Excellent location, handy to the beach & lake and not too far to walk into town. Lot of passing traffic but the noise wasn’t too intrusive. Also close to the airport, but not too many flights in and out & the vision was spectacular!

• Karen (8/5): - Large clean 2 br apartment, well equipped kitchen with ample cutlery, crockery, cooking and serving equipment. Large TV, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Comfortable living space. The owner Rhys was very pleasant and allowed an earlier check in. Location was a long walk over the bridge to the main shops and restaurants, another bit of a hike. Most of the accommodation is located in this area so Sails well positioned, right next to the bridge. A TV in the main bedroom would be an asset as the walk to the main br is long. Management need to communicate to guests when planned maintenance is scheduled, was watching Tv when I looked up to find an unknown person inside working on our front door. This worker did not even knock on the door to see if anyone was home, a bit of a shock.

I feel privecy issue because on our first day other guest were sitting outside until 9pm infront of our living room. They werr 6/7. We can't open our living room door and always put down the blind because of privecy. I think booking.com also resposible for this because they didn't inform us our room was ground floor. After booking i knew our room is on ground floor. I can't do any changes because our booking was nonrefundable. I also have a request to booking.com please indicate us which floor we are booking.

The bathrooms were outdated and the ensuite was a bit tight. Modernising them would be give it more appeal. Perhaps the balcony could have a roof so during wet or hot weather you can still sit outside.

The balcony and outlook were the shining lights, sitting there watching the sun go down over the 180 deg view over the lake and having a wine was a highlight of our trip up the coast. Bed was great but the room needs an upgrade, certainly the most tired feeling appartment we've stayed at on this trip.
