It is located between the beach and Seminyak road so it’s centrally located but still in quiet street. The staff are very nice and will clean your villa daily and will wash the dishes. Pool is refreshing. Special thanks to Dian and Widia in front desk.

• Martin (9/5): Der Aufenthalt war soweit ganz in Ordnung bist gut der Strand ist nah. - Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Fürsorglichkeit, die Hilfsbereitschaft, die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Die Bilder passen zu weiten Teilen, so wie auf der Webseite beschrieben und fotografiert. Auf Nachfragen haben wir auch weitere Küchenutensilien bekommen. Badezimmerarmaturen könnten mal wieder gewechselt werden. Die Sicherheit des Pools könnte erhöht werden. Ablaufdeckels defekt.

Ask them to clean and they did was cleaner yet not perfect. Not a fantastic villa, just basic and old. Photos are from long ago when it was new. Dishware have moldy smell need to rinse before use. Lots of mosquitoes and not sufficient prevention on mosquitoes. Chemical spray shall be provided along with coils as mosquitoes are up from breakfast to night!

• Entraigus (10/5): Séjour exceptionnel de 15 nuits !! - Séjour exceptionnel de 15 nuits dans la "villa Deluxe". Le personnel est au petits soins et se pli en 4 pour nous permettre de passer un super séjour (aide pour taxi, grabe, application téléphonique, aide médicale, infusions, ...). La villa est propre et le nettoyage est proposé chaque matin. La literie est parfaite et la villa est au calme. La piscine est propre et de taille correcte. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. L'emplacement est idéal. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir !! Encore merci au personnel !! Ludovic, Jérôme, Christophe et Christophe Rien à redire.
• Maluta (8/5): Comfortable, aesthetic, and convenient - Loved the layout and preparation for breakfast and loved being able to choose what time to have it. I was also a fan of having the sloping shower floor that avoids the need for shower doors and glass and the bathrooms always smelled nice thanks to the regular bathroom spray. The shower heads have a lot of limescale so the water streams were a little weak and the bathtubs could benefit from a more through scrub because they had streaks.

Smell in bathroom. Lack of power points - have to unplug lights in room to use by bed. Tall buildings (near) outside, but once in pool, its still private.

Loved the fun floats in the pool- which was a perfect size! The staff was super helpful. Breakfast was great. The reception area could be improved and the acces to the high street could be improved as quite dark not well lit.

• Jateen (8/5): Gracia Bali villas - Location was excellent, 7 minutes walk to Semenyak beach. Staff were very attentive, the property was comfortable with large rooms and simple set up. Breakfast was good but only a few options (typical of Bali) after 3 days we would have had to eat out. Breakfast options limited. Construction next door was loud in the early morning as the windows to the villa do not seal well which exacerbated the noise level.

• Yu (2/5): Bad construction noise from 9am to 5pm and dirty bathrooms - Staff there were friendly and polite. I am very disappointed with our recent stay at this villa. Upon arrival, we were informed that there would be ongoing construction from 9-5pm. And unfortunately, our room was located right next to it. This was shocking, as we were not informed about this advance. After a long journey from the UK, we were hoping to rest, but the noise was so loud and constant that it made relaxation impossible. The disruption continued throughout our two days stay. Travelling with a 2 years old who was jet lagged made things even harder, our child couldn’t nap during the day due to the relentless noise coming coming from across the street, which made the experience incredibly stressful. In addition, the bathrooms were badly stained which made them look very unclean. It didn’t meet our expectations in terms of hygiene or comfort. This experience was far from what we expected and hoped for, and we will certainly not be booking from this villa again.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus for us. The neighborhood felt peaceful and safe, but still close enough to great cafes and restaurants. The staff were amazing. so friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They really made us feel at home. The villa itself was cozy, stylish, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We honestly didn’t want to leave. We had such a great experience and would 100% come back again!

• Chin (10/5): Not new but not outdated. Just lovely. Nice staff - Everything from the pleasant staff, the pool, accomodation and of course the pool. From some recent reviews of the noise from the construction site next door, there was no loud noise during out stay on the two working days. Maybe they had completed the main works that require piling, etc. We enjoyed our stay at the 2 adjacent units. Breakfast was great. The only part of the place that requires some touch up is the bathroom and the bathroom wall and floor tiles. Looks a bit old. It wasn't that bad though but would enhance the overall look and image of the 2 bedroom villa units that we stayed. The water pressure is 3/5

Good location in the middle of Seminyak. Pool area was very nice and bedrooms were so spacious and provided everything we needed. Could tell the property was a bit old and run down. This was seen clearly in the bathrooms with cracks in the walls and rusted fixtures.

The location is great, it is a couple of minutes walk from restaurants etc. and a 5 min walk from the beach. The villa was very clean and the breakfast was good although could do with a few more options. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The bathroom is a bit outdated and could do with some work and the room doesn't have a window.

The villa was average overall and unfortunately not well-suited for families with children, as the rooms are not internally connected. The entrance to the villa was also unappealing and didn’t give a good first impression. Ongoing construction nearby disrupted the peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for. The bathrooms are in need of an upgrade, showing clear signs of aging. Breakfast was basic — while the portions were reasonable, the freshness was questionable, particularly the juice, which didn’t taste freshly made. Considering the price we paid, the experience didn’t meet expectations. One surprising concern was the toothbrushes provided — they didn’t appear to be brand new based on their appearance, which was quite disappointing.

I had bali belly during my stay, the staff were very caring and made me ginger tea to help. They also helped me arrange doctor. They helped me arrange taxi while I left. There is nothing more to improve from service. The villa is designed with a beautiful garden & pool and in a golden location. I can see the sign of mould in some area on the wall. The villa should do treatment more frequently and thoroughly.

The ensuite shower worked but wasn’t practical. The shower head sprayed water in all different directions.

• Andrada (10/5): Excellent value for money - This accommodation was (unexpectedly) excellent. The villa was vary spacious, with large rooms, and clean. We were offered several options for breakfast; the portions were large and they included fruits. Tasty :) We didn't book a villa with pool, but the staff was very nice and they gave us access to a pool. It is a bit far from the streets were the nightlife takes place (but you can easily take a cab/scooter. or walk for about 20 min). If you're into that stuff. We weren't and we were happy it is within walking range from the beach. We benefited of some discount, but even without it I think this place is a very good deal!

• Jade (5/5): Passable - Location is convenient. We think we may have gotten food poisoning from the breakfast provided by the villa unfortunately. The open air common area is nice however we did not make much use of it due to the bugs. The washrooms in the bedrooms unfortunately also have quite a few bugs and is a bit dirty.
• Nicole (7/5): Good - The staff went above and beyond. They were truly kind and supportive for us in several situations. The bathroom taps etc were old . Mould on bedroom roof. In general things needed to be updated and replaced throughout the villa. Be prepared the street you are down is a run down back street, with reception looking rundown and not of high quality.

The breakfast each day was excellent and the villa was great for a family. Renovations were happening across the street but not really that loud. Great little deli close by also. Air-conditioning was nice and cold. The pool was awesome. The kids loved it. We will be back. Great time and the hosts were always friendly and accommodating.
