- Gail (7/5): Great for the cost. - The equipment in the kitchen was limited. No chopping board, no wooden or stirring spoon and bench space was minimal. The lighting in the main room was too dim to do ant handwork. Our own personal flannel was taken with the laundry. The place was very clean it’s good access into the rooms. Lovely the way the rooms were around a grass courtyard. Made a nice outlook. Not having a chopping board in the kitchen and a little bench space. Need a table by both sides of the bed.

- Jennifer (9/5): Comfortable - We got a small carton of milk upon check-in which was nice. One private bedroom with a large bed, and three single beds out in the living room which suited my family of five quite well, though it was a bit unsettling to sleep on one of the single beds that we pulled out from the wall which left a gap where it seemed like you could slip right through (but of course that didn't happen). The staff was more than happy to lend us a clothes iron when we needed it. The outside opens up to a huge shared lawn with a swimming pool & trampoline. Close to the Plaza, and right next to Caltex if you're craving a late-night snack from their shop. There was an area for laundry, but unfortunately it was locked at night. Understandable but a bit of a shame as we were busy during the day so we hoped to do our laundry at nighttime when we were a little more free. There was only one access point in the property, and the path to the units was a one-way road & quite narrow which made it a bit inconvenient for parking & exiting the property with a car.

- Madeleine (10/5): Lovely, comfortable and friendly - I loved the garden and the pool, as well as the building itself. Everything was clean and comfortable and the owners were so friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than we had expected and they let us check in early. Our son was going on camp and had turned up with clothes that needed washing and they very kindly helped us out.
- Lesley (10/5): Ambassador Motel stay - The outdoor space was big & with the pool, tramp, basketball court (Kids favorite) & sports net the kids were busy & happy. Caltex was a door up, Domino's across from that & town was very close. Palmy is such a nice town to visit. Rooms were comfy & warm. It was very quiet & a small motel which was a bonus. We will definitely be back. We liked everything.

Full mini kitchen, pool, very good shower plenty of hot water. Off street parking. An excellent place. The bed was very good, Queen, very clean linen, but the bed was a little soft on the right side, not enough to worry about, as beds are quite to personal taste. Very happy to return.

Numerous pillows to choose from on all the beds. Shower had good pressure and could go really hot. Close to town, within walking distance to the Plaza.

Well equipped kitchen, tidy and comfortable beds. The kids loved the pool and the basketball court. Walking distance to the Mall, Pubs and Grocery shopping. Thank you for having us. Just outside by the back sliding doors wooden floor boards were very old wood, my son fell through one an sprained his ankle. I suggest you look at replacing the floor boards, not safe at all, wouldn't look to good if the health an safety team showed up. rooms 4 an 5.

- Heather (9/5): Wonderful family accommodation - Our unit was comfortable, clean, exactly what we expected. The staff were friendly and provided us with everything we asked for ie extra towels for pool. Guests were thoughtfully placed throughout the complex giving privacy and no noise from other people staying. The pool was great, deep for little ones but with the provision of noodles and pool toys they had so much fun and in just three days gained so much confidence. The provision of balls, basketball hoop, nets and bats provided a great family space.

- Gayle (5/5): Bright and friendly hosts in a mediocre setting - The staff were lovely and very welcoming. Motorbikes tearing up and down the avenue that night. Not a fault of the motel but clearly a location issue. The place is tired, very outdated and desperately needs a revamp.
