Feedback: The condition of the property was unacceptable. The walls were damaged, and there was used toilet paper left under the beds. The toilet seats were unclean, with visible hair on them. The bungalow was full of flies, and as soon as the doors were opened, there was a strong smell of rotten rubbish. The complex rubbish bins are located directly behind one of the rooms, which likely contributes to the odor and hygiene issues. Additionally, the rooms were covered in cobwebs, indicating a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. Unfortunately, there was very little to like about this stay. A place to put a BBQ on the front verandah would have been ideal but otherwise it was clean and good. Washing up was annoying if you had greasy food. Otherwise value for money it was great.

Jelena (5/5): Won’t come back it’s sad but we say bye not what it used to be like. - Close to Yarrwonga we come out every year to BUNDALONG Tavern. Way to to load the music. Every night was to much to listen to. Way to small for our family of 6. The area needs concrete way to much dust way to long for any thing new to happen. Pool was small for when there are a lot of people there. The bathroom all falling to pieces. Cobwebs every where so dirty from the gravel and dirt that flys constant. Sad to say we did love it there before. Watch out you don’t get run over by scooters accident waiting to fast for kids. Cars drove slower.

joanne (4/5): A little disappointing on this occasion but usually fantastic. - I have visited this venue on multiple occasions and have always found it a great place. Food is fantastic, staff, facilities and service are usually fantastic. There was a small glitch when checking in - unusual as I usually have no issues. Room: For newly constructed accommodation I was quite disappointed. Empty beer bottle at front step. No rubbish bin. No towel rack or bench space in ensuite. Airconditioning didn't work. Tables, both inside and out, were sticky and dirty. Towel rack in main bathroom fell off wall when I placed a single towel on it. Beds are too soft. Smell from large skip bins flooded area. Pool was disappointing in the caravan park area - needs some maintenance.

Ensuite in 1 bedroom and also separate bathroom/toilet. Decor was nice. This is villa 48, 3 bedroom villa. We were at other side of the Tavern so was not that noisy. Couch top and bottom was dirty, batteries in clock and controllers in one of the room should be changed and no where to hang towel in the 'master" bedroom (missing towel rails but mounting brackets there), would be nice to have a hair dryer. Master bedroom missing a doona and had to take a thin blanket from the cupboard.
Eugene (1/5): Accommodation and Tavern with loud music until late. - Inside the Cabin was clean and facilities were nice even though we found spiders and spider webs inside of the Cabin. This property was located right opposite a Tavern which not was a part of the advertisement. Only after booking you receive a few emails and amongst those emails it states there is a Tavern which is part of Accommodation. The Tavern was playing loud music until after 1am in the morning and we couldn’t sleep at all. That is the purpose of finding accommodation to sleep. The Advert should state Tavern and Accommodation as it was misleading information and to only send details in emails afterwards. Upon arrival at the Cabin someone was parked right outside the Cabin and we struggled to get into our parking. Outside of the Cabin was dirty and the outside of door and gate was full of spider webs everywhere.

We were pleasantly surprised that there was live music at the Tavern on the Saturday Evening. We now follow the musician on Spotify. Daniel Barrett is fantastic!! Wilson (8/5): We love Budalong Villas, but this particular villa #28 needs some things sorted (as described). - I have stayed at Budalong Villas last year (a different one) and like the pool and the pub nearby. This time, in villa #28, plenty of kitchen appliances, and a dish washer and a washing machine were great. Beds were all super comfortable. The AC downstairs worked well but not sufficient to cool the downstairs bedroom at the end of the villa. We were 4 people in 3 bedroom villa #28. The ceiling fan on the upstairs outdoor area only worked on highest speed and wobbled so much we turned it off. Also, its centre light was missing so did not work. The upstairs outdoor furniture was WAY too big and there was far too much of it for a small outdoor area like that. And one pane of the HUGE glass topped outdoor table was missing. It was very hot weather and without a fan we could not use that area, until a pedastol fan was kindly offered and supplied the next day. There is no indoor downstairs lounge area for 4 people. The downstairs kitchen has a small dining table but only 2 dining chairs. Luckily we had brought with us two compact folding chairs. We were supplied a wifi code but the wifi did not work. Luckily, we had brought our own wifi set up.

The Villa is modern and spacious. The pool is a refreshing way to cool off. The villa had an Air Fryer which was a bonus. Nice deck to play cards (UNO) and have a drink. Big TV in the main Bedroom The Tavern Pizzas are sensational The A/C compressor mounted on back of the villa rattled to the point we couldn’t sleep in BR2 TV didn’t work in the kitchen/ living room. (No aerial) Dirty drinking glasses, no foil, paper towel. The two Villas behind us had 7 men that had loud music which they started at 10:00pm-1:00am each night, which is pretty disrespectful for families trying to sleep. Management should stop this behaviour!

Jenny (6/5): Bundalong Villas - The resort is under development so it was very dusty and needed a big clean up. The villas was quite comfortable and clean. Some of the villas are dog friendly which is great.Close to Bundalong Cafe and General Store. We only spoke to staff over the phone as we had a problem with booking through booking.com as we wanted a dog friendly villa. Better to book through the resort for these. Self check in and check out so did see any staff. We think once development is completed it will be a great holiday resort. I know the area had had a lot of rain recently but the grassed areas were long and unkempt around the grounds and very dusty. Needs a bit of sprucing up.
Jasmina (9/5): Villa are very good and have everything to stay for couple days - Villa Lot of dogs we can see around,when we ask to bring our Parrots they say no Pets.lot of water around Villas.Also they say to don’t make any noise after 10pm but on Friday the music was very loud until 12:30 am.

Gunawardhana (6/5): Stay was good. - We enjoy the stay. Its an average good. House was clean but toilet wasn't. I really appreciate they let us enjoy the BBQ area with music. Thank you for that I paid for 3 bedroom villa.I was told there is one single bed along with bunk bed in one room & other two rooms with double beds. But I didn't get a single bed in bunk bedroom also no heater in bunkbed room. There were animal poo in the front yard & the way to the villa was too muddy. Also, toilet wasn't clean well.And I didn't like your request to unload the dishwasher. We can load the dishwasher at last minute but didn't want to stay to unload it.

Kirsten (7/5): Good - Loved the location, the pool area, and the Tavern I was concerned having outsiders come into the tavern, a lot of young ones. I understand it is a place for dinner, families and drinking but a little concerned about safety and outsiders coming into the park itself.

Ash (8/5): Clean and nice, way too loud if you have littlies - Villas are very modern and clean. Easy check in with thw lock box. It's so bloody noisy. The bar music I could forgive but the people playing basketball until past midnight when you're staying with a young family was just annoying.
