The apartments have always been lovely, comfortable for 6 people. The facilities are well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, the location fantastic. Nothing.

Roomy bright apartment, well appointed, fabulous pool and helpful hosts. Great balconies and sitting areas. Lots of little extras - nice towels, comfortable beds, bbq available at pool, good parking, great shower. There are a lot of steps to the beach but it’s also out of the hubbub and very tranquil.

Lovely view and a very easy place to stay with lots of room for the family. We all really enjoyed the heated swimming pool. We stayed 5 nights but you only had a change of towels if you stayed 7 nights. It would have been good after a few nights to have new towels

- Riana (9/5): Beautiful apartment and convenient location - It was so well catered for - felt like a home away from home! And the view was absolutely stunning! It was close to all shops, restaurants and amenities- the only downside was having to walk down (220 steps I was told!) every day and then all the way back up again - it was a good challenge though! The pool and spa was also lovely, and we were often the only two people there. Also loved the convenience of a washing machine and tumble dryer - much needed at that stage! If I ever go back, I will stay there for sure! This is the only reason I’m not giving it 10/10 - there was building under way right opposite our bedroom and it was very noisy (woke us up at 7am on the first morning). Not your fault, but just wanted you to be aware that it was a bit of a disturbance.

- Robin (9/5): We loved the location of The Lookout, our room was really lovely, with a gorgeous view. Loved it! - The location was fantastic,near enough to Hastings Street, but quite. We wish there had been towels supplied for the pool, and there was no exhaust fan in the bathrooms.These are minor things, which didn’t detract from our stay.
- Meagan (9/5): We had a fantastic stay, we absolutely loved it and couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind - We absolutely loved the apartment — it was incredibly spacious, very well kept, and spotlessly clean. The outlook was beautiful, with lovely views, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient — so central to everything we needed. It really made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. One aspect of the accommodation we didn’t enjoy was the noise from the apartment above. There was frequent loud thumping, with what sounded like children running, jumping, and banging throughout the day and into the evening. It made it difficult to relax and get to sleep at times.

- Hardwick (10/5): A view to die for. Comfortable stay. - Fabulous views but sadly a building is being built right in front of our unit and it will loose most of the spectacular view. Well equipped kitchen. All top of the range white goods. Cool even when it was in the mid 30’s as it had ceiling fans and big windows which opened. Could have done with a couple of deck chairs on the balcony.
- Hardwick (10/5): We loved the wrap round views looking towards North Shore, Bar and River plus Hasting Street. Central to shops at Noosa - Wonderful views. Comfortable, large, well equipped. Ducted air-con. Large TV. Door and window screens. Very central. No complaints.
- Mark (8/5): Really enjoyed it, loved Noosa and the surrounding area - Spacious Apartment Amazing Views over Noosa Apartment feels tired and could do with a good deep clean and new bedroom carpets. Windows very dirty/ mouldy and outside area wasn’t useable as so dirty. Basic cleanliness of bathrooms bedrooms Kitchen and living area were fine. Steep walk up the hill back from Noosa but that’s the trade off to get the amazing views from the apartment. Ubers cheap so can always do that if you don’t want to walk
- April (6/5): - The property was advertised as Ocean View on Booking.com. However, upon arrival, we were informed that one of the rooms was only a Water View, not an Ocean View. I booked two Ocean View rooms and paid accordingly. While one room met the description, the second room did not. A water view is not the same as an ocean view, and the difference was significant. The price paid for that room was not justified by what was provided. This was very disappointing and misleading, and feels like false advertising. I would not have booked or paid the higher rate had the room description been accurate.
- Anne (8/5): The whole family loved the Resort, the room was lovely and the facilities were enjoyed by everyone. - The 3-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 6 and the view of the ocean was wonderful to wake up to each morning. The many steps from Hastings Street to the Resort were a bit much on sore knees however the convenience of the bus nearby made it easy.

- Kate (3/5): - Spacious rooms, nice pool/bbq area. Disappointed to receive a $250 invoice a few days after departure for apparently not leaving the property clean enough. In all our travel we’ve never once received an additional cleaning fee so it came as a big shock. Make sure you read the terms and conditions carefully as they apply them very strictly and would not budge on the reasonableness of the fee. This was a really disappointing way to end what was a lovely holiday. The resort is also located up the hill from the beach so if you are not particularly mobile be mindful that you may need to bus up the hill as it’s a decent walk back up.

- Lynne (10/5): We throughly enjoyed our stay and will book again for a longer time. - Location for us was great as we like to exercise and walk. We loved walking up the rain forest path to the accommodation, so pretty, from Hastings Street. It was also an easy walk to Noosa Junction. The unit was very roomy and extremely quiet and private. It was very well equipped with everything we needed and more, particularly kitchen/cooking items. Nothing really.

No charge to arrive 1 hr early and leave 1 hr late we had a spar it was good but nothing special water pressure in the shower was so poor we showered with no cold water. we turned the Airconditioner off and we could still hear aircon's from neighbours. No controller for the Airconditioner - not a big issue as we didn't need it anyway.
