I booked this hostel because I saw on Booking.com that luggage storage was available, so I didn’t think I needed to ask again before booking. However, when I arrived, I was told they do not offer luggage storage for guests who are not staying there again afterwards. Even when I offered to pay for the service, it was still not possible, and the staff did not seem willing to help. This was quite disappointing. Of course, next time, I will make sure to ask clearly in advance before making a booking if I need this service. ———- In addition, my room was not cleaned well, and the kitchen was also not very clean. Some trash left by the previous guest had not even been removed.

- Sakura (1/5): 泊まるのをやめるくらいには怖かった。 - 普通に汚かったし、薄暗くて臭くて、怖かったです。お金は勿体無かったけど身の危険を感じたので泊まらず空港泊に変更しました。 そもそも男女混同の部屋というのはどうかと。仕切りもなければ空気も汚くて、環境は最悪です。スタッフの感じは良かったけど。

- Maria Clara (7/5): Great location, friendly staff. - This hotel was wonderful. Great location, near cute cafes and boutiques, has a gym, laundry service is great. The room was very nice also. Service was so attentive and very welcoming. I would say the only thing I didn’t like was that i accidentally broke a juice glass and they made me pay for it, which is fine, but accidents happen. Other than that, my experience there was really good. Special mention to Carya for making a lovely elephant out of towels and keeping my room clean. Thank you kemilau hotel!

- Silvana (10/5): Excellent place, comfortable and well located! - The hotel has a very large living room with several sofas and a pool table, where you can feel very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. In the room, you have a locker to store your belongings. The bathrooms are separate for men and women, include showers, a hairdryer, and towels are provided. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Overall, everything is clean and well maintained.

- Maria (8/5): Merece la pena si tiene oferta - Merece la pena si tiene oferta. El precio normal es bastante caro. Yo cogí una habitación privada con dos camas. Las camas no son las mejores pero de todos los hostels de Perth diría que es el mejores. La zona común está súper bien, tiene sala de lectura y los baños no son mixtos lo cual el de chicas se mantiene limpio. La cocina da tremendo terror. Hay cucarachas y bichos en el sumidero y en la zona de secar los platos. La gente ensucia y no recoge ni limpia y se crea ahí una suciedad increíble. Deberían de poner papel para secar el menaje. Usan trapos que usa todo el mundo y es asqueroso

Toilets almost every time I went were engaged ( except the 3:00am trip) . Dirty, ancient pillows and very uncomfortable beds. The moment I stepped in i called to cancel it. And next morning I left. How can you pay $300 per night for such a rubbish room?

- Anya (5/5): You get what you pay for - 5 minute walk to the train station, which was my reason for staying. Nothing particularly special - there is a bed, a shower, a kitchen. I slept great. If you're a young person or more social you may enjoy this place more than I did. Sketchy location at night, can hear drunken persons on the street. My room was particularly stuffy and smelled musty, but it might have been because of the 3 gentlemen there. The kitchen was not clean with dishes and food runoff in the sink - either the rules are not enforced or the folks staying here have zero personal responsibility. Fridges were filled to absolute capacity.

- Carmel (8/5): Convenient, safe, clean and quiet. - I had the best sleeps here on the third floor. There were no distractions from others or outside noises. No refrigerator rumbles. The shared bathroom was just fine: clean and hardly anyone there. The staff found and kept aside my charger which I had left there. Well it would be good to have an ensuite but that's how it is and the price was fair.
