• DAVID (8/5): - Location Warm shower and only one key. Didn't allow for family to do different things. Had to leave the unit open for early returning family members..
• Carmen (1/5): Very disappointing - no privacy on the ground level. - It's spacious. Had a dedicated parking space for free. Our apartment was on the ground floor looking out at the street and some of the vertical blinds were missing. They also didn't close...the stick attached to the blinds to close them doesn't work. This made us feel very uneasy knowing that anyone out in the street could see us in the lounge. This is definitely something we think the owner should rectify immediately. It's also pretty dated. The pillow in one of the bedrooms had a cockroach on it.

• Robyn (8/5): Footy - Had all we needed but with the buliding of the tram line it is harder than usual to get anywhere between Broasbeach and Burleigh.
• Walter (10/5): - I really enjoyed this property. Only downside was that it had no laundry dryer as it had a broken door. Only washer worked but we didn’t try it as we couldn’t dry anything. Other than that it is an amazing spot!

• Kevan (10/5): A happy memory was made with a great relaxed quiet stay in a top location. - Great location and good size with everything you need In the apartment so you could have a relaxed stay! Well appointed kitchen with full oven, microwave, dishwasher etc if you want to do your own food. The elderly may struggle if on the top floors because of no lift so maybe ask for ground floor.
• Steven (8/5): Very good - The landlord was helpful and gave us detailed guidance on taking the bus ferry location to explore the views of both sides of Brisbane. He also took pains to help me retrieve my lost cell phone in the hotel and helped me send it back to New Zealand. What a great landlord.

Rooms were comfortable but they are looking a bit tired and are in need of a bit of TLC. Roadworks, it made going in any direction a bit had to navigate in and out of the location.

Two bedrooms and Bath were in fair condition All the blinds in the property were not working or broker. Blinds in the bedroom and drawing room could not be closed. Toilet bowl were not very clean. Wifi was ok buy was not very efficient.

• Brian (1/5): Would never stay here again. - The location and facilities where what I expected, pool was good. Underground parking was a bonus with good hight for my ute. The room was clean and spacious I accidently left some items in the dryer after I left. I contacted the hotel before the cleaners attended the room and was advised my clothes would be returned to me, as per company policy. Unfortunately the cleaners "threw my clothes out as they were lying on the floor". This was lies from the cleaners as they were in they dryer. The hotel advised they would contact the owner to have it resolved but after a few responses back and forth the hotel stopped answering my emails or calls. The room was nice but I would never stay there again, they broke their company policy and refused to compensate me for my loss.

• Trevor (10/5): - Beautiful modern apartment well appointed with everything we needed. Excellent pool and the balcony was directly above for easy supervision of the kids. Underground parking was easy to access. 2 blocks to the beach and the same to some fabulous restaurants and a grocery store and liquor store. Easy drive in to Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise

Our apartment was tired and required TLC. - The middle light wasn't working. - When watching Foxtel there was a buzzing/ringing sound coming through. - One dining chair had the seat coming off. - One of the outdoor seating chairs had a hole in the seat part. - the blinds for the lounge were missing panels and provided no privacy.

• Fiona (4/5): Staff friendly and helpful, apartment major disappointment - The manager was very friendly and check in was easy. He was accommodating when I asked to be on the ground floor for accessibility (although failed to mentioned there would still be stairs to navigate, although minimal). Aircon worked well. The apartment was spacious. The bbq area was well kept and very clean! There are a lot of road works along the main road where the apartments are located, which made getting around a bit of an inconvenience. Location for what we needed was otherwise fine. We were initially in apartment 2. The apartment smelt musty and the carpet felt damp. It was tired and run down and in desperate need of an update - discoloured/mould in grout, ripped couch, old stained carpet etc. We subsequently found after a night that the apartment had bugs (and we were getting bitten!) and terribly stained mattresses. Upon request and inspection we were moved another apartment which was much cleaner. This apartment should never have been rented out. I will note that despite the issues we had with the first apartment the second apartment was in a much better state and the manager was nothing but helpful - I also note these are not his apartments and he was not responsible for the condition of the apartment.

• Ali (9/5): Superb - Was a bit nervous after reading the reviews but honestly we found nothing to complain about, room was large and comfortable- big Kitchen, dining table, laundry - the main bedroom and walk through was a great size. Pool was lovely and warm and the kids loved the spa. Great price considering what a 2 bed in some of the big hotels was for the same 2 nights. Na no negatives from us
• Elder (1/5): We won't be back. - The sheets and towels were clean but that was about it. The floor was dirty and there were little mats everywhere to cover stains. There were crumbs all over the kitchen benchtop and one filthy old chux in the sink. The dishwasher was full and had been sitting there for a long time and was very smelly. There was a random breakfast bowl under one of the chairs?? All the blinds were broken and didn’t work properly. The ensuite bathroom was very mouldy. Brown toilet bowls. Not enough toilet paper for one night - no spares. Zero cleaning products. Dank and musty. We left after one scratchy night despite paying for three. This place needs a deep clean and quite a bit of maintenance.

• Demie (10/5): Exceptional - Easiest check in and check out ever. So many different facilities and the space was amazing for the price. Right out the front of a bus stop too. Would have been nice to have some cooking essentials like oil, salt n pepper available in the kitchen.

• Sabine (3/5): Poor - Location was ok, alot of roadworks at the time we stayed over, made it a bit hard to get around. I didn't like that the hotel had no lifts, only stairs to get to your room. My friend had extreme difficulty to get upstairs. The room smelled mouldy/off. Not enough air circulation and the living room sliding door was facing directly on the road, no security door and being on the first floor, everybody could walk into your apartment from the streets. No fencing, and no night lamp next to your bed. One of the dining room chairs was about to fall apart. The apartment is in urgent need for a good refurbishing.

• Aftab (9/5): Overall, it was nice to stay there, good value for money - Excellent customer service. Nice location Friendly staff Almost all facilities were available which you can imagine in a holiday home. Just need to improve the level of cleanliness. Although the apartment was clean by the look of it but not deeply cleaned. Especially people with dust allergies, it can be hard to spend time here for a longer period of time. It would be great if the building can have a couple of carpet free apartments so that people allergic to carpet (Asthma and Dust mites allergies) can also be accommodated.
• Melanie (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the apartments was great, 1 block from the beach and close to shops. We could easily bike ride up to Broadbeach and Surfers. Undercover parking was convenient and the pool, though small, was great to have. The kitchen was clean. I was really disappointed on arrival.The apartment we stayed in was extremely tired looking. The walls were banged up and marked and desperately needed painting. The window sills were really grotty and the bathrooms were not very clean. The furniture was basic, which isn't necessarily a problem, but some of it needed replacing and some inexpensive touches like bedside lamps would have been appreciated. The kitchen had some basic utensils, but not really enough pans etc to cook a proper meal.

• Stephanie (5/5): Passable - The location was good, road works going on but no noise at the property. Super close to the beach, shops and bus which is great. The original room (26) we got was outdated and not cleaned well. The couches both had seen better days around 5 years ago… The carpets were filthy and a few other things not cleaned well. First reported this to Eddie and within a short time we got some of the things sorted. Later on we found the carpets super dirty with broken glass, hair and toenails. The double bed was as hard as a plank and threw my back out on the first night. Next morning reported it to Eddie and we’re offered a room swap straight away. The next room (2) was fine and made our stay much better - Thanks Eddie. The outdoor bbq wasn’t working ( this was outside of the office hours so couldn’t find out if it was broken or something else), the pool was cold and when I asked about this on Friday and was Informed the pool guy was supposed to come today for the heather but it will be Saturday…. By Sunday afternoon the pool was still cold so I assume he didn’t come at all. The pool area itself is good.
• Paula (8/5): Very good - Nice quiet block of apartments, easy to get to, lovely views and close to the beach. Arrived late at night but accessing keys was a breeze, instructions were easy to follow and stress/hassle free Cleanliness of the apartment was questionable and a little outdated compared to the pictures online, however, for the price of a 2 bedroom apartment in a location so close to the beach, it was the least of my worries. Also didn’t really stay in the apartment most of the days we were there anyway.
• Jones (3/5): I would not stay here again. The uncleanliness and smell of the apartment made it an uncomfortable stay. This is not the - It was close to the exhibition centre There were food crumbs left on the floor in the lounge area, the bin lid looked like it had never been cleaned, the microwave had food residue on the sides, the top and the glass plate, there were long dark strands of hair in the main bathroom and kitchen floor and the wardrobe mirror and glass doors had grubby handprints all over them. The place had a strong damp/mouldy smell when you walked in which got unbearably worse when the air cons were turned on, especially the one in the second room.

• Kylie (7/5): Great location, spacious but dirty apartment - The 2 bedroom apartments had a great layout and were very spacious. Having 2 bathrooms was fantastic. The undercover, secured parking was very convenient. The common areas such as the BBQ and pool were very clean and great to use for a group. The manager easily assisted when contacted. The apartments were not very clean and we needed to go and buy cleaning products when we arrived. The bathrooms had some mould and required lots of airing. Some of the blinds were broken and there were patches on the walls. The oven had a tray full of crumbs and grease left in it and the fridge was dirty. There were several other issues that we addressed with the manager.
• Holly (8/5): Overall was a nice stay :) - Pool was great, staff was great too. Reasonably clean apartment. Close to everything. The fact if there was a fire below us or in stairway the only way out would be over the balcony, we were on 3rd floor and only way out was down the stairs.

• Mike (8/5): Enjoyable if somewhat annoying BUT the annoying part will soon give a magnifcent boost to the ares. - Beach short walking distance - besach was patrolled - good surfing beach plus wind surfing. Location was perfect once all the faciloities were known - major probem was the massive road/tram development that was in progress! Cleanliness was exceptable but little things (clothes dryer filter clogged) let it down. Construction work on the Gold Coast Highway tram conversion and the poorly controlled and ever changing road traffic configuration - do not rely on Google maps!

Eddie was amazing and due to an error with our booking not going through was extremely accommodating and made sure our stay was pleasant!
