- Irene (10/5): Best Home Away from Home - The apartment was spacious and clean and just what we needed. I lovveeeddd the beds. I haven't slept that well in ages. Clear instructions for after hours check in. Although it is near the road it was very quiet. All good.

- Charmaine (9/5): - It was a lovely motel..the rooms were a bit small but was comfortable..the only thing I could say was the shower needed a new head..the spray gurgled out..but a simple fix..the bed was lovely and so comfortable..woupd stay there again..staff were great to deal with. Parking was excellant.. Nothing but the need for a new shower head.

- June (9/5): Room 1 - Rm1-The big balcony and access gates to the road and pool. Clean pool. Big, spacious and tidy apartment. The convience of the stores. Location is 2 mins away from tavern and 5 mins from woolies walking. Everything was provided. Food items were available in room if wanted to purchase and added to bill. Same day return of bond. Really nitpicking here... the carparks were tight to get into as had only 2 options as the other parks were filled- next to the bins or pillar. Not knowing what room we were in- wasnt communicated on booking acknowledgment. But, was easy enough to call and ask manager.

- Angela (10/5): Fabulous Stay - I love staying at La Vida on Anzac. The staff are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. Everything I needed for the stay was in the apartment. Apartments are super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bedrooms are a very generous size with plenty of cupboard space in both rooms. Main bedroom had an ensuite which was handy when the grandkids were with me. Main bedroom had a private balcony while the 2nd bedroom and living area had access to the large main balcony. The apartments are in walking distance to the local Woolworths and local pubs, restaurants and shops. The waterfront is also in walking distance. I love staying here and will be back.

- Allen (4/5): I’ll not be booking a stay there again …. - Was quiet and relaxing until someone bang on my door on Saturday night not saying anything and scaring me half to death … There was a lot of human hair on the carpet in balls, like the carpet had not been cleaned . And on arriving to the room, there was a very strong smell of bleach. Firstly l thought was from cleaning but as my stay continued l found the drain in the bathroom smelt really bad. Another thing was having to pay extra for tea,coffee,milk etc and TOILET paper if you requested more .. and final I’m still waiting for my bond of 200 dollars to be put back on my credit card?.. its Monday afternoon and l book out on Sunday morning!!!

- June (9/5): - We appreciated having a microwave for easy meals. Also the location was fantastic, not far from the beach and many shops and restaurants close by. Also we arrived late and the instructions for our checkin were very easy.

- Leayr (9/5): GREAT LOCATION - We enjoyed the pool. The apartments are spacious. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. No TV in the main bedroom of a 2 bed apartment. No TV in the 2nd room either. The laundry in the main bathroom is a little inconvenient as you can't run the washer dryer with people in the bath/shower. There is no soundbar for TV. Difficult to use the wardrobe in the second room as the other single bed is right up close to the doors. No instructions for the microwave. Unless you're familiar with the model you could spend some time working it out. Late check-out fees are a bit pricey. Considering most places will give you a complimentary 11am checkout if required and can facilitate. The price for a 2 bedroom apartment with 1 TV and pretty old fittings and no gargabe shute on the level have to go to carpark is a bit over the top.

- Phil and Carol (9/5): Good unit, I was happy with my three nights stay. - Easy access with the underground parking and the lift. Apartment although small is well designed, especially the kitchen. All facilities are there in the rooms. Bed comfortable. Able to position the TV for viewing ease. Nice balcony with convenient table and chairs. Other nice things: luggage rack and extra quality thick toilet paper! The bathroom lighting was dim with no mirror light, making it hard for shaving or putting on makeup. (I suggest you install battery operated LED strip lighting around the mirror). The bathroom fan was inefficient too. The most annoying thing was that the fridge was full of items for purchase which I did not want and I needed to take them all out to fit in my groceries.

- Anne (9/5): Good location. - For us the location was good as it was close to my family. Room was clean and bed cosy. I went to reception 4 times. It was never manned and so I never saw any staff. I can only assume they got the paperwork they asked for and our keys on departure which were left in a drop box. For the price... not to get clean towels daily or top up on toiletries it's not my idea of service.
- Jenny (8/5): Good. - Great location, close to shops and work. Good set up of apartment - had everything needed for a 1 week stay. Had to get a suitable larger knife for the apartment and cheap toaster appeared to trip the safety switch, but it was replaced very quickly and efficiently.

No fly screens or security screens on the windows meant that the room was so stuffy & we had to run the air-conditioner all night in order to sleep. The owners are costing themselves so much money by not installing screens on the windows. A first floor apartment should have security screens!

Extra blankets were a relief as the weather was cold during our stay. The room was perfect for a family with the bedrooms being on opposite sides of the lounge gave ample privacy. No complaints
