Room had everything we needed for our 1-night stay. It was a little quirky. Not that I didn’t like it - it was just a little odd. The commons areas were full of “treasure “ and ornaments.

- Caoileann (10/5): Felt so welcome here! - Absolutely loved this cute and quirky accommodation. It was perfectly located for a night in Launceston, just a short walk from the restaurants. The owner of the property, Sonny, is an absolute gent. He made us feel so welcome and made sure we had all the utensils we needed for making our packed lunches for our day of hiking. I couldn't recommend staying here more highly! Nothing

We rebooked this motel for the last night of our trip, and would happily recommend it. Our bed was very hard, which may suit people who like a firm mattress.

- Ashlee (10/5): We loved our stay at the Mews Motel. It was an unexpected highlight as it was so reasonably priced and had real characte - The heritage building is so cute with lovely details. Some of the rooms don’t have air conditioning but this really was not an issue for our stay as the inside temperature is comfortable.

My partner came down very unwell and the owners were very flexible and accomodating in making sure we had a comfortable stay. The accomodation was cosy and comfortable, and well located within a short walk of the main sights of Launceston. Would stay here again!

I wouldn't use the outdoor kitchen as it looked unkempt and grubby.

The state of the art air conditioning and cooling is large, not effective on 30+ days and noisy. No washing clothes facilities even though that was on the description.
