arlabosse (3/5): - La gentillesse du personnelle, le super petit déjeuner. La taille de la chambre, le confort général. Impossible de dormir avec les travaux à côté. Voir même avec les travaux de l'autre côté de votre porte dans l'hôtel.. Au niveau de l'hôtel ils auraient pu au moins attendre dix heures et demie...
Daria (6/5): Für zwei Nächte in Ordnung - Das Zimmer war wunderschön und geräumig. Es gab zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für angenehmes, indirektes Licht, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch war es sehr sauber und gepflegt und das Bett war unglaublich bequem! Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll angerichtet und die netten Köchinnen haben aus dem engen Raum, auf dem sie gearbeitet haben, das absolut beste rausgeholt! Wir haben uns auch sehr gefreut, dass der Security Mann und der Bellman uns beim Gepäck geholfen haben. Es war extrem laut in der Nacht. In der zweiten Nacht gingen Bauarbeiten direkt nebenan bis nach Mitternacht und ich war heilfroh dass wir am nächsten Tag abreisten. Auch die Straße ist deutlich bis in die 5. Etage zu hören, und Hanoi schläft nur kurz. Bei unserer Anreise um 18:00 war das Zimmer noch nicht bereit- okay, kann passieren. Wir kamen sehr müde von unserem Flug mit Kind an, und fragten ob wir etwas zu Trinken haben könnten, während wir warten. Die Rezeptionisten beachteten uns nicht. Nach einem Augenblick hat mein Mann dann Getränke aus dem Lobby-Kühlschrank genommen, der Mitarbeiter teilte uns dann mit, dass wir die Getränke bezahlen müssen. (Ja, das war uns schon klar..?!)

Rocha (10/5): Good - The accommodation is clean and peaceful. The staff appeared to be quite content, and the brunch was delicious. This will be my first choice for a hotel as there are many of nearby dining and entertainment options, and the rooms are roomy and tidy.
