• Ana Gabriela (1/5): Disgusting room. When we called the staff to see what they could do about it, she said she couldn't smell anything ( - Shared Bathroom very clean The room was disgusting, from dried spit on the wall to a broken window, a musty smell, and dirt. When we checked the air conditioner filter, we saw why. Disgusting, the sheets were stained, a real waste of money.

• mark (5/5): Could not stay the 2 nights - The place smelt bad, we booked for 2 nights and decided we could not stay another night there.
• Suzanne (10/5): Perfect simple stay - Good location short walk to the towns amenities, all the staff I encountered were lovely. The cabin was a clean simple cabin with a comfortable bed and facilities to cook and wash up. Would stay here again!

• Claire (1/5): Staff on departure appeared disinterested in any service and to much security risk in general. - Pet friendly and bathrooms were clean and private. We were warned by email and text about theft and anti social behaviour before we arrived. We were scoped out by an Aboriginal male who appeared out of nowhere and walked right up to have a look in our car and room whilst i was standing there. He then went on the check on other vans in broad daylight. The barbed wire someone put on the fence next to our unit also gave an uncomfortable feeling. Initial staff member on phone was nice but when handing the keys back on departure the girl couldn't even say hello, or how was your stay etc. The only words she spoke was "Are you handing keys back", that was it, not another word from her mouth, no Thank you, have a nice day, goodbye............... nothing. Wont be staying again !

The bathroom had a ants nests and the shelving is rotten. An overnight stay was ok but very very dissapointing with the condition of the facillities for the price you pay.

• Rowan (5/5): It was ok, the staff were friendly and helpful but the cabin we were in needs a bit of a pest spray - Nice location, friendly people The pool water burns the kids eyes ( left them red and swollen) There were a few little roaches in the cabin around the kitchen area, There was a spider in the bed The playground needs a bit of work, sharp paint flakes The main bedroom was very hot ( no fan or aircon) even with the window open no breeze came in
• Andrea (6/5): Okay for short stay over - I loved the shared bathrooms, they were very clean and I loved that they had individual bathrooms for more private space. The room itself was clean and spacious even though rather basic. Staff was friendly and kind. I stayed in one of the containers, which did not have a lot of natural light and the beds were rather rough. The pillows seemed more stained so that I wrapped it with my own pillowcase. The seal at the door and the insect protection was kind of broken, which made me afraid of bugs coming in. In the end it worked out fine though but could feel more relaxed if it would be repaired. Beds were okay but not really comfortable.

• Sandra (10/5): It was very comfortable and welcoming. Definitely a don't judge a book by it's cover scenario. - U loved the bathroom facilities and the room was cosy. Right next to reception is a lovely sitting area for guest to relax and chill. The pool was well maintained. Have no complaints

• cooper (9/5): - Modus to Nicole and Kathy, so warm and friendly and efficient. The toilets (ensuite) are clean and spacious. Perfect walking location to shops and pubs and beach. 🥰 highly recommended.

• Corey (2/5): $150 bond needs to be removed before I stay again. - Close to town Aircon needs to be cleaned, chockers with dust. They took out an extra $150 as a bond without telling me at the reception. This bond is apparently if you don’t leave the room in the same condition as you found it, which is a scam. Sorry but it’s accommodation and it’s near on impossible to leave as you found it. Never seen this before and should be removed. Considering it was an old clapped out unit with no bathroom.

• Gail (8/5): A little piece of paradise in the west - Proximity to airport - easy walking distance. Beautiful surrounds. Great staff. The door lock/latch on the unit was fiddly. The need for more than normal securing of personal belongings (outweighed by the beauty of the area).

• Gary (9/5): Happy camper - The staff were excellent. Helpful, friendly, and accommodating when I had to change my dates. The budget cabin I had was convenient with all mod cons. Aircon, TV, comfy bed, undercover parking for my motorcycle. The fire pit communal area was fabulous. It had real ambience, a large TV (if you needed that to watch footy), comfy chairs and bench tables to eat at. I spent two pleasant evenings chatting to off-duty staff and other guests and even enjoyed a Japanese meal from an occasional van. Nothing.
