• Kumar (7/5): Okay for a short budget stay , cute guys around - Clean , convenient, comfy, friendly staff Thought there’d be a window view to the outside but window view was of the wall (room 12) which ruined the aesthetic. Cleaner did not provide soap after cleaning (minor thing)

• Alicia (10/5): Wonderful experience, would definitely stay here again. - Everything, staff were wonderful especially security guards of the pub downstairs, room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Only that the rental car got obliterated by bird poo parking under the tree in the car park located out back, however probably should have not parked under the tree but still not ideal as half the car parks are under it and upon arriving the only car park was under the tree.

• Matt (10/5): Fantastic - Lovely place to stay, definitely go back. Honestly there’s not a lot to fault about the place.
• Wendy N (8/5): Good 2 nights stay. - Location wise close to Sydneham metro station and easy drive to Mascot for indonesian food. Free car park and 2 water bottles. Good security. Clean rooms and good amenities. Great value. The bistro food looks good, will try it next time. Might need to double glaze the windows to soften traffic noises. We were ok with it as the noise dial down later in the night. Strange location of wash basin inside shower area and the shower glass door has a gap so we held the shower head away from glass door or else we will had flooded toilet area.

• Solyane (7/5): Nice - La proximité avec l’aéroport ainsi qu’un pub juste en bas ! C’est pratique car il n’y a pas grand chose autour. La salle de bain ! Les photos de la chambre sur Booking ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Je n’avais jamais vu un lavabo dans une douche sans compter la taille.

• Frederick (7/5): Freindly Staff and Great Price - Great price and perfect location for us to attend the event we were in Sydney to attend Fire Alarm wake up middle of the night was annoying is all beleive issue with an non working exhaust fan in one of the rooms. No one was in danger just bad timing

• Veronica (10/5): A short yet comfortable stay. - It was very comfortable, I loved the bed. I was surprised to see the sink in the shower but when theres not much room to work with, you’ve got to make do. A small sacrifice for your own private bathroom.

And location was good but car park was hard to get into not enough signs drove passed a few times following wayz maps.

• Chetna (8/5): - Excellent stay for price point- clean and comfortable, location, free parking. Traffic noise not terrible either which was a pleasant surprise. Will def stay again. Shower door only partially effective in keeping water contained.
• Antje (8/5): Erfüllt seinen Zweck und hat Wohlfühlfaktor - Lage ist gut, wenn man zum Flughafen möchte. Fußläufig gibt es einen sehr schönen Park (siehe Fotos) und der Pub im Hotel war sehr groß, gut besucht und das Essen war sehr gut. Insgesamt sehr nette Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer war klein aber sauber, Bett in Ordnung, Bad neu. Einziges Manko: es gab kein Fenster bzw. das Fenster ging zum Flur und man konnte es nicht öffnen 🫣 Allerdings hätte man sowieso nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen können, da die zweispurigen Straßen rundherum doch sehr laut waren und man auch die Flieger gehört hat. Aber es war irgendwie beklemmend und etwas stickig, da ich nicht mit Klimaanlage schlafen kann. Vom Pub habe ich überhaupt nichts mitbekommen. Das Haus ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber insgesamt war ich für den Preis absolut zufrieden. Kein Fenster im Zimmer

• Belinda (10/5): We were delighted with our room, it was modern, clean and quiet. - Bed was high and soft, generous space in the room. We didn't hear any sounds from other guests or traffic below.the smokers verandah was a bonus. I couldn't fault it. All expectations were exceeded.

Some Asian girl, who works in the gaming section, checked me in. The person who was supposed to be at the counter never showed up despite calling him several times.

On this occasion I had an EV and there was a charging station with fast charging port at the BP servo less than 2 min walk away, so perfect! The room I was given this time had no bar fridge and I had items needing to be kept cold. Plus bathroom was smallest I’ve ever experienced. So small that the basin was in the shower space!

Friendly staff at every turn, from the bar, to the bottle shop to the security guard and the kitchen. Large spacious room with big comfortable bed and excellent shower. Very good and generous pub food.Newtowner Pale aale on tap. Thanks team! Wifi was slightly weird to connect to (via the room TV) so we didnt realise it was available until the morning sadly! I thought the sign on wall next to TV was about connevting a device to stream on TV. Partly our fault, but something printed in the room making it even more idiot-proof for guests would have helped us.

• Russell (10/5): Great night before flight location for travellers with cars. - Great room with parking near airport. Monday night steak special in bistro was excellent.
• Steve (7/5): Just what I needed - Room was nice and quiet. Was able to leave my bags earlier in the day prior to check-in. Checked out early the following day, so didn't have much interaction with the staff, but they seemed pleasant enough. Quite a big room but not much furniture or paintings etc so it felt quite empty. Not quite sure how else to describe it.

Clean, safe. 10 min Uber to main street of Marrickville for restaurants. Walls are thin, you can hear everything so bring earplugs as you can hear the road noise if you are a light sleeper
• MuzzaL (8/5): Great value for money - This hotel great value for money. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a modern bathroom. Most surprising, the room was very quiet at night. The hotel must have very good sound insulation. The other plus was the free off-street parking at the back. Another positive is it's proximity to the airport and also the M8 tunnel. The only negative I could say is that it's not an attractive location (right next to the Princess Highway and plane flight paths) and there were no cafes within walking distance, but hey, an Uber fixes that!

• Meryem (5/5): Was a few leaks seen in the hallway after the rain but still good value for money - It was clean and spacious There was a party downstairs and the music was loud until 11:30. The cleaning smell was also a bit too strong

• katharine (3/5): Do not recommend. - Room was clean. This hotel is at best a 2 star. It is run down and in serious need of paint and upgrading. There is no reception you have to register through the bottle shop and if no one is there through the Gaming staff. As a woman travelling alone it felt creepy. When l left the bottle shop was closed so no one to talk too if l needed anything. The photos and description misrepresent the actual accommodation.

• Charleen (5/5): Basic, comfortable, very close to bus stops - The bed was pretty comfortable 😌 & the teas, I had a couple with no milk as I have soy. It was fairly close to newtown. I liked the lemongrass shower gel & body lotion. The YouTube on tv I watched about an hr of music, a few songs before going on the bus to the band & quieter when back & about 10 min of a favourite movie. The sml kettle that didn't turn off burnt my finger a bit! I ran under water was ok. There was a loud noise from the kitchen I first noticed at 1am. I told the cleaner she said the kitchen is next to the last room after mine. Luckily I brought earplugs so not as loud. Running water noise in the drain after used lav & sink filled up when washed my face. Looked out the 2 outside areas dirty looking, 1 smelled like urine yuck.
