• Renee (9/5): Divinely comfortable, beautiful and practical. - Truly, everything was wonderful. It is a 1 bedroom unit that could easily be lived in just as it is. That is how much thought has gone into what is in each room. Decoratively perfect. Stunning location. Quiet yet near to town (took me 65 mins brisk walking to the CBD of Ulverstone.) I only saw one portable cooktop. Could be scenarios where it would be good to have 2, but then again, I didn't look too closely. Perhaps there was something else to say, boil some pasta. Of course you could use the microwave if you had to.

Quiet & serene :) Absolutely 💯 the loft was so spectacular, the owners provided everything :) from bread, cereals, condiments, etc. Board games, books , kyaks ( as they have a river outback, a draw full of necessary items incase you need. Kim and Anthony are exceptional hosts and dedicated to providing a quality experience and an impeccable property. I was in the Studio apartment with a magnificent full-wall view to the changing tides of the Leven River. I drank my morning cuppa watching wallabies on the grass. The apartment itself was exceptional. Kim has an eye for detail with quality furniture, fittings linens and toiletries. Everything a guest might need is provided for. Kim and Anthony are very friendly, generous and helpful. I truly did not want to leave. Absolutely nothing.

• Paul (10/5): Excellent - The river frontage, wildlife, hosts, room. Price was a little high. I usually stay at the Beachway in Ulverstone for $110 per night - and they have refurbished their rooms to a high standard.
• Gary (8/5): Nice position but small and noisy room. - Pleasant lady and position. There are great looking rooms. BUT. The room we were in was small and under the loft and meant that we were subject to people noisily returning late at night as they climbed the stairs and wondered around on wooden floors.

The smell of the studio was Devine. Kim and Anthony were awesome hosts, so friendly and welcoming. The gardens were beautiful and the pillow was like sleeping on marshmallows Nothing…it was all top notch

The hosts were helpful ,welcoming and friendly. We were catching the ferry to the mainland and only booked one night but would have loved a longer stay. Everything was wonderful

The cabin didn’t have cooking facilities but the owner provided a barbecue top, which was perfect for our purposes. One of the most generous cabins in so far as utensils and provisions. Easy to improvise, which was fun. Cooking facilities may be provided on request, prior to arrival.

Wished I'd stayed longer!

• Renee (10/5): Beautiful and comfortable accommodation, both close to, and far enough from, Ulverstone CBD! - Oh wow, the layout of the rooms, the roomy bedroom, lounge and bathroom, the decor, the cleanliness, the homeliness, the colour palette, the angel of a host, the compact but perfect kitchenette, the beautiful bathroom with separate shower and bath, even the feel of the bedsheets was devine! At a stretch I guess not being able to get hot water in the bathroom sink (shower and kitchen sink were perfectly fine).

• Mikhail (9/5): Wonderful - Wonderful place to stay, very cozy and feels quite comfortable and quiet. Nice view straight onto a lawn and the river. It was unfortunately too cold for the patio but it looks very inviting. Inside the room there is heater and also the blanket is warm. Shower is all modern. Tea and even cereals with milk for breakfast, this is great. Highly recommended. Relatively little space, given that a big range of various pillows eventually needs to be placed somewhere, and also I am not a fun of the standard british-motel style bedding (I mean a tight fold of two flat sheets about the blanket, which all needs to be reassembled to sleep). But this is all minor and does not harm the overall impression.

• Martin (10/5): Loved our stay here. - Quiet. Peaceful. Relaxing. Cosy. We stayed in the studio. Hosts are thoughtful, friendly, wonderful and welcoming. Great spot. Lovely view. A short drive required for the food options in town (but that’s a small price to pay for the peaceful surroundings)

• John (10/5): Wonderful Tasmanian escape!!!! - The whole atmosphere of the unit was cozy and comfortable with beautiful Tasmanian touches everywhere. Not to mention the gorgeous view of the Leven River and beautiful pademelons hoping around. Lovely bread and other first day supplies were provided. And special little touches like a chocolate on the bed etc. Very thoughtful and caring host. We had 3 nights in the mezzanine unit and were very sorry to move on!!! There was pretty much nothing wrong with this unit!! The only suggestion we made was to add a steamer pot to the abundant supply of kitchen utensils.

Nothing, it's lovely there - I fit my Ranger Ute right next to the room, if you have something larger or a van there are larger parking spots literally a 30 second walk from the farthest room :)
