• Kathryn (10/5): Great location and staff were great too - The location , was perfect , the staff were brilliant and the units were perfect size Only one aircon in the unit and non in the bedrooms so it would be quite stuffy in the warmer months , also not much for kids to to there other than walking in the beach ,

• Seng Wei (8/5): Good for a short stay with beach access - Mainly a caravan park with some villas. Very good beach. Comfortable stay. Clean. Quite crowded with multiple parked caravan. 20min drive to city Centre for food but there is a few good place nearby for meals.
• Shital (9/5): Superb - I stayed in one of the glamping tent right in front of the ocean with magnificent ocean view. Sunrise and sunset views were breathtaking! Comfortable multiple beds enough for a big family or friends. Tent had plenty of power outlets, nice kitchenette, spacious dining/ lounge. Amazing public facilities for bbq, kitchen, swim pool. Friendly staffs and mainly the toilets and bathrooms 10/10.

• Wayne (10/5): Amazing Beach Holiday - Love the location. It was great waking up and hearing the Kookaburras and Rainbow Lorikeets while sitting on the balcony having my morning coffee. The Beach was just a very short walk through the park and it was picturesque. Our room was located by the pool and the splash park which the kids loved and I didn't have to go far to watch them. The location wasn't far from a small shopping centre so every thing was rather close by. The staff where amazing we arrived a little later that first planned and we had an issue with our key but they were very prompt to have it sorted out. We will be coming back with our next stay in Mackay. The lights that light the walkway from the villas to the carpark don't stay on all night. We left rather early in the morning while it was still dark and it would have been easier if the pathways were still lit.

• Michelle (8/5): - Easy access to the beach, beautiful pool area and great outdoor kitchen setup. Well laid out cabin (small toilet room harder for a larger person to use but didnt detract from the overall stay), 2nd bedroom for the kids gets quite hot even with the wall fan, but we figured out that once we went to bed we just had to make sure we opened their door to allow airflow and more lounge seating would have been preferred as a 2 seater lounge with chaise doesnt really work with 6 people and using the dining chairs to watch TV kinda blocked the walkway from bedrooms to the door, but we made do as it was only for a few days. Overall though, everything was pretty good and we had no major issues. Receptionists were lovely, other guests were friendly, coffee van lady was very nice.
• Kate (9/5): Great place for a relaxing time with the family. The kids said they felt very free 😊 - So close to all of the amenities, the pool and the beach! Nothing, except it is a little drive out of town. But absolutely beautiful spot.

Didn't feel like we were in mackay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and tidy and enough space for all The WiFi wasn't the best , from the kids point of view but didn't worry me only thing I can think of if I have to be picky hahah

• Kristie (4/5): Was not affordable & was not value for money - That everyone, including the other guests were very nice but only seen staff at check in & that was it.. The lack of activities it had for kids, i booked there as it advertised as Big 4 which is family parks but there wasn't much at all.. I paid nearly $500 for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom villa, the bedrooms had no aircon & they were hot overnight, i could have stayed somewhere much more comfortable for half that price!!

We had to contact booking.com and sort it out. I feel like the staff should know how the booking works if they are going to use a 3rd party to advertise and book through. I feel like the staff were quite rude and didn't care if the situation was sorted quickly.
