Karin (10/5): Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt! - Die Lage, die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die geräumigen Zimmer! Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr eingeschränkt, aber man wird satt. Für mich als Vegetarier gab es nicht so viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Gurken und Tomaten z.B. haben gefehlt.. es gab nur Salatblätter und nur 1 Sorte Obst, einmal Wassermelone und das andere Mal, Ananas und das im Wechsel.

Kirsty Ruks (10/5): - Lovely place to stay! Perfect location right in the centre of the main street, and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable and there are multiple pools including a very long lap pool which gets lots of sun during the day, but still stays a nice temperature 😊 The receptionist is amazing (sorry I'm awful with names, but the receptionist who is there most days during the daytime, and she is from Bangkok) She is so friendly and always working very hard, you can see she cares about her job 😊 We arrived before 2pm so the room wasn't ready, but we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went for food (there are many many places to eat nearby). When we came back to use the pool, we were informed that the room was ready early which was fab! All staff we saw were friendly and smiley 😊 Breakfast was good! A few more options would be nice BUT there is still enough to set you up for the day, and the guy makes tasty scrambled eggs! We will definitely stay again if we return to Koh Chang 😊

Le petit déjeuner et très très tres restreint pas beaucoup de choix

Яичница или омлет, листья салата, тосты . джем и очень вкусное масло. Чисто. В номерах нет чайников- для нас серьёзный недостаток. И даже кулера на ресепшн не было. Нам пришлось покупать нагревательный прибор - купили ковшик..

Jeki2005 (5/5): Бюджетный отель ниже среднего - Хорошее расположение. Обветшалый номер, территория (деревянный настил) тоже требует ремонта. Ужасные завтраки - яйца (омлет или яичница) и хлеб. По мне так, не хотите предоставлять нормальный завтрак, так предлагайте жильё без завтраков. Так будет честно по отношению к вашим гостям. Был один кусочек мыла на 14 дней проживания. Про другие мелочи и говорить не приходится.

Cornelia (6/5): Disappointing ... - Good location. Restaurants and everything you need is very close. We were quite disappointed with our stay. There are probably better rooms available, but we booked the last one available, and it was truly awful. Very old and run-down. Absolutely no sense of comfort. It also had a huge window front, but we couldn't enjoy it at all because our room was next to the reception. People were constantly walking past our window, so we were practically sitting in a shop window. Most of the time, we had to keep the curtains closed and sit in the dark (the lighting was terrible!). The reception was supposed to be staffed from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. (or so we were told), but about 80 % of the time, no one was there when we walked by. One morning, the receptionist didn't even show up until 9 a.m. We wouldn't book there again.

It's located on the main road through Kaibae and there's no direct access to the beach..this is my fault for not checking properly but if you're looking for beach access this isn't the one for you.

Gaëlle (10/5): Une adresse toujours aussi efficace, agréable et idéalement située - Notre chambre très spacieuse, à l'étage, dotée d'une grande terrasse avec vue sur la montagne, la végétation et la piscine de l'hôtel. Le très bon rapport qualité prix. L'accueil souriant et efficace, l'amabilité du personnel. Rien :-) La vaisselle du petit déjeuner pourrait être lavable. Pas d'emballage superflu, si ce n'est les assiettes et gobelets en carton. Encore un tout petit effort, merci !

Hannes (10/5): - Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt. Preis-Leistung super, es ist sauber, man hat seine Ruhe und dennoch ist es sehr gemütlich. Es ist ein einfaches Hotel / Hostel. Man braucht kein Luxus erwarten aber man hat alles was man braucht. Und die Lage ist optimal. Einziges Manko, es hat aus dem Klo an 2 Tagen sehr merkwürdig gerochen. Ich habe zwar nicht Bescheid gesagt aber das Personal ist generell überaus freundlich.

At the same time there is a sign about being eco-friendly. Ironic. The bar next door is playing music at night, it was quite loud all evening on Friday and Saturday.

Linda (7/5): - Die Lage am Kai Bae Beach ist gut. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung und auch Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Kai Bae Beach läuft man ca. 10 Minuten, zum Beach bei der Cabana Beach Bar ca. 5 Minuten. Beim Frühstück gibt es frische Eierspeisen. Die Zimmer sind zwar schön groß aber es gibt keinerlei Ablagefläche, keine Kommode, kein Sideboard, etc. Es gibt keinen Mülleimer im Zimmer, nur einen im Bad. Die Betten sind extrem hart und es gibt leider auch keine Topper um das Bett weicher zu machen. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer und der einzige, den man sich an der Rezeption leihen kann, war an unserem Aufenthalt schon verliehen. Beim Frühstück gibt es leider nur Teller, Schüsseln und Becher aus Pappe, das heißt jedes Frühstück verursacht einen Berg aus Müll, das fanden wir schade.

Big swimming pool One and only minus this accomodation have - BREAKFAST. So little improvements could make so much better. At breakfast we missing at least fruit juice to drink and something little more various to eat.
