• Diane and Tony (2/5): - Great position. Parking is a nightmare with abuse by residents. Unit in serious need of cleaning and upgrading. Managers were exceptional. Owners who rent out won’t spend money on maintenance and upgrades.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Great place to stay, we stayed in a clean and mostly modern apartment with our two young children, the bathrooms were a little dated but still comfortable. Beautiful views, good facilities in the kitchen, main bed was a bit small I think it was a double, I would have liked a king but still comfortable. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone it was lovely.

• T&A (8/5): - Good location. Very nice view. This certain apartment was outdated furniture wise. The leather lounge suite was broken with the screws left on the seat. But overall happy and will be back again.

• Marcus (10/5): Amazing Apartment - We really enjoyed our stay at the Windward Passage Holiday apartments. The apartment had an amazing view of both Caloundra and out to the ocean. The Apartment is close to the Supermarket and to lots of nice restaurants. We will be back again next year.
• KERRY-ANNE (10/5): A view to die for - 7th floor executive 2-bedroom unit had one of the best balconies of any unit I’ve ever seen, wrapping around the rooms so that each of us had choices: sun/shade, breeze/shelter, easterly/southerly/westerly views. Comfortable furniture and beds. Well-equipped kitchen. Even views from every bed. Ample space for 4 adults for a short stay.

The US has the best WiFi around. The staff were awesome! Parking was good but would have been hard to get in and out of if I had a larger vehicle.

• Kath (8/5): - This is a very comfortable unit. the beds are comfortable and the kitchen well stocked although could do with a bit of an refresher. the view is great. there are a lot of units in the complex and the garage is tight for even my small car.

This offered an outside eating area during inclement weather. A small tv in the second bedroom would have been a good addition.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great - We have been to Windward Passage before so we knew it was very suitable for us. We particularly like that the beds are beautifully made and the beds are of highest auality. Possibly towels could be replaced. But it is great not to have to bring extra bag with linen. A great spot for grandchildren to walk down path to have a swim. Close to Kings Beach surf and toys
• Irene (10/5): Excellent apartment with excellent views. - Excellent apartment, next time we will book during the week as week end gets busy and week end neighbours getting up too early and making noise on the balcony next door to our bedroom at 6am, besides this a fantastic four days, Helen & Paul excellent people to assist with anything you may require.
• Murray (10/5): Wonderful - Had the sub penthouse and was everything we expected, heaps of room and balcony was wonderful to spend time on, so close to everything. Would recommend to anyone.

• Paul (10/5): Apartment 23, 7 Th Level - views sensational - This apartment can only be described as a great place to stay, sensational views, wide expansive multiple verandas to view the surroundings, NSEW - you have it all, the water, colourful Caloundra apartments in the distance, the top of Bribie Island , the passage,to the sunset views of the Glasshouse mountains. The choice is yours to enjoy. Loved our stay and apartment proximity close to shops, walking and bike paths all at your doorstep.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great view! - Amazing view & convenient location. They provided comfortable bedrooms, so overall we‘re very happy. It’d be better if they could provide more dishwashing tablets and liquid. (1 sachet each was not enough for 4nights stay.)

• T (4/5): Disappointing treatment - A little after arriving we noticed a smell in one of the bedrooms that my kids were going to sleep in & tried to open the windows to air it out as we thought it was some blankets. After only being in the apartment for one hour we went down to the property manager's to advise them of the smell. The property manager indicated to us that it was unlikely the blankets & thought it might be the carpet or something from outside since the window was open. We closed the window & door of the bedroom before going out to dinner. When we returned the smell was definitely from the room. We had an uncomfortable sleep as the urine smell was putrid so our kids slept with us. We indicated our disappointment to the property manager next morning, she said her partner will give us a call & offered a discounted night stay. We never heard from her partner. We rung back the hotel, expressed our disappointment & wished to have a partial refund given 1 of the bedrooms was not usable. One mention of a bad review in conversation & suddenly we were like stand over men. They offered a discount next stay but my husband & I were not prepared to go back given our experience & felt a partial refund was fair as we still used the remainder of the unit. They said they hadn't called us back as they were investigating the matter. They had the audacity to then imply we had done it 1) to get a free night stay given we would not accept a discounted return visit 2) we were the one's with "children".

• Erin (4/5): Arrogant managers - Terrible. The managers were very unhelpful. They forgot to give us the garage key. They advertise "free wifi" but don't readily hand out the passwords etc to access the Internet. They were very unhelpful when we explained our situation and requested a later checkout (couldn't tell us in advance). The room was nice with new kitchen. Just wish the staff were more professional.
