• Jan (8/5): Great value for money stay & pretty close to everything - Lovely smallish room, but had the essentials & has been updated. The kitchenette had a sink and a hot plate as well as the usual kettle, toaster & small fridge. The bathroom was a good size. The receptionist was very lovely and accommodating. The carpark is very small and we didn’t have room to park our vehicle so she moved hers & let us park there. Overall we were very happy with our stay. The bed was quite hard

• Jill (8/5): Clean and sufficient - Close to town. Clean bathroom. Comfy bed and pillows. Shower stall doesn’t stop the water. Bathroom flooded after every shower. Having said that the pressure was good and so was the temp. No regular servicing with bins and towels even with a 6 night stay. In my experience the bins at least should have been attended to after a couple of days. Other places I have stayed in regional areas had daily service. Whilst I don’t need that, SOME service would be good. Also there is no light in the laundry so if you need to wash after dark you will be literally in the dark as there is no light switch.

• Mathews (1/5): - Nothing Stayed for 12 hours, saw 5 cockroaches killed 2. Pool was tiny and cold. Drunk guy banging and yelling on our door at midnight. Followed by police banging on our door at 1am. Felt like a really unsafe area. Even pool sign threatened police would be called. Beds super uncomfortable. Would not recc at all, even at budget price. Definitely not safe for families.

No supply for toiletries like there is no body wash, no shampoo and no conditioner but in the bathroom there is supply of empty bottles of Shampoo and body wash.

It served its purpose though..just needed a place that was pet friendly Was too small for a pet friendly room . As mentioned above definitely needs an upgrade . Shower pressure was very low

• Vernon (6/5): Competitively priced but no bells and whistles. - Motel is relatatively close to Dubbo's CBD. It's a small, modest motel but well priced. Check-in is via a 24-hour kiosk. That worked okay. No real services beyond a clean, functional room.
• Digna (1/5): We did not stay. It was not appropriate for a 72 year old senior with back issues to sleep in a folding bed, which was - I like that it is within the city centre. The accommodation promised was not delivered. Communication with the reception was challenging and stressful.

• Lily (8/5): Place was clean and tidy, beds were comfy but there was minor flaws in some parts of the overall room. - Quiet spot but also had surrounding stores nearby, good wifi and clean room The bathroom fan didn’t work, the walls had black stuff on them (especially near up the ceiling) and there was a window on the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom , although the window did have a blind you could still see into the bathroom from the bedroom which minimised privacy. Tv remote also didn’t work at times so most of the time we didn’t end up using the tv

• Fran (5/5): - close to amenities in town, nice little kitchen, room was nice the lovely lady at the front desk advised that there was no hot water. she did advise that she had spoken on numerous occasions to the owners about the repairs needed to the hot water system,,,apparently that fell on deaf ears. cold showers in a Dubbo winter are not what you expect. On check out the next morning she caught up with us & apologised - again - & we reassured her that we would right a review that explained she was doing her best & having no luck with the owners.
