• Sandra (10/5): 75th birthday weekend. - We had a three day break at Forster, staying at twenty two north for the first time, since it had been renovated by the new owners. The location is fantastic, being so close to everything and being able to walk everywhere.
• Jane (10/5): - The apartment is wonderful, clean and well stocked with amenities. We had apartment #1 with the balcony where we sat with our coffee or wine and looked at the sea and the pool. We love the area which is just perfect, even the thunderstorms were dramatic and interesting. The colour of the water is spectacular. Love this place and will be re visiting 😊

• Janette (10/5): - Lovely place to stay..The main bed was hard ..i wish id check the room with the single bed in it ,it was lovely and soft..Shower room was lovely..but the water goes everywhere.. Cooking facilities, washing machine dryer, dishwasher..however we ate out so didnt use any of these things.Aircon in main lounge area, and fans in both room.Close to Forster main beach, easy walk to Beach bums cafe or cafe right outside you door. Clean,tidy and lock up garage..will be back to stay here again.

• karen (10/5): Fabulous! Will stay again - Apart from the rain it was fantastic. This apartment was so comfortable, fantastic location. The apartment was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, beach toys to loan as well. Forster has some great local restaurants too, the tip sheet in the kitchen was a great addition to give us that local knowledge. Only negative was that my kluger was a bit big for the garage but we had no problem getting a spot on the street
• David (8/5): - Great location right near the beach with parking. Nice kitchen and comfy beds. The rooms do not view over the beach, but that’s ok, but you can hear the waves at night. Great cafes nearby.

• Melinda (10/5): - The location was amazing, just walk across the road and you’re on the beach. Already booked again, for a whole week this time (not just the weekend) :)
• Louisa (6/5): - It was really clean and the position is great - so central. Unfortunately there is barely any privacy so having the blind open was impossible therefore very dark. Beds were average, kettle didn’t work and changing the channel on the TV took about 30 seconds. Was our first time to Forster so probably won’t be staying here again.

• Russell (8/5): - This property is very central to the town and main beach so great to be able to walk everywhere. We booked the studio apartment over the other apartment instead of another apartment as it claimed to have partial ocean views. There is a NO view of the ocean. Maybe there was at one point before the garden grew and blocked it all. In hindsight would have booked one of the other apartments. The claim to have a partial view needs to be removed from the site.

The apartments have all bathroom products, the kitchen has it all including foil, dishwasher powder, matches etc and the laundry has washing powder. Best location in Forster, right opposite main beach, pool and walking distance to restaurants and Main Street.

• Joel (6/5): Great spot but very cheaply fitted out unit. - Great location and the keypads for the locks instead of keys are fantastic. The bad. Shower is terrible, water floods the bathroom. You hear every step the upstairs owners take. Tvs are from kmart, very small, no netflix, takes 30 seconds to change channels. No soap, shampoo etc. No aircon in bedrooms. The whole apartment is let down with 80s garage sale furniture including the first ever microwave.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The unit was a very good size, well equipped with everything you could need, such as salt n pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, bath towels, soap, hair dryer, all kitchen utensils etc. The TV was very small though and the sound would sometime go weird. The ceiling fans were hard to turn on and there was a spark in the lounge room one once when it was turned on. Great location to the beach and baths, just across the road. Walking distance to the main street and wallis lake. I could smell mould in the laundry sometimes too. I would stay again.
• Karen (8/5): Good for 1 or 2 nights only - No air conditioning so beware if going during summer months. Studio is just like a hotel room. Kitchenette is just a microwave, no cooktop or electric pan. Outside BBQ available but it rained our visit and that area is not covered. Great decor.

Short walk to shops, but also has cafe connected to building and nearby restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable and owners friendly. Easy check in with electronic entry to building. Will stay again, next time in one of the rooms with beach views.

• BRAD (10/5): Forster's Beachfront Apartment- great location - Nov 2020 - Stayed in 2 b/r standard apartment. Room is big enough with full kitchen inc. utensils, cooking pots & pans etc. It's great. Great location across from beach and cafe at front door. You can walk everywhere. Website rates it 3.5 stars but its probably closer to 4 stars. You get a shared garage but with your own entry roller door when using apartment. Additionally its keyless entry with push button codes on all entrances and your door, thus your tribe can come and go as they please. The room was very clean too. All of the apartments are on the ground floor, thus only a few stairs to navigate if you struggle to walk etc. The negatives are Hard beds, 32" TV's that take 5 seconds between channel changes (think channel surfing looking for something to watch) and the bathroom floor gets all wet because shower drain was installed in wrong place. I'd stay again too
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Stayed in apartment 1 with ocean views. The view was great looking straight across to the beach and pool of forster main beach. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Loved having codes to the place and front foor that way you dont have to worry about keys when at the beach or if there is more then one person needing the keys throughout the day.
• Guy (10/5): Great Location - The accommodation is in a great location. Located across from Forster beach, cafe outside the front entrance. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Unit is modern and has cooking and washing equipment provided. I will stay at this venue again but would recommend Unit 1 as it has an outdoor sitting area looking across to the beach. Units two and three have limited outside sitting area. Two minor issues I had were; very small TV in a good size lounge room and I could hear the footsteps coming from the accommodation above our unit. Very minor inconvenience for such a good location and modern accommodation. Thanks to the owners.
• Francis (8/5): - The apartment had all the essentials for a comfortable holiday and was very modern and clean and quiet. It was opposite the beach and has a lock up garage for parking. It is on the ground floor. We enjoyed our stay.
• Bronwyn (6/5): Room for improvement - Perfect location, right on main beach, with secure parking and cafe out the front. Twenty Two North has a lot of sought after qualities, but unfortunately missed the mark on finesse. We arrived at 3pm, entered via provided access codes & found our unit not serviced from the previous guests. Twenty Two North, to their credit, acted quickly and had this amended in less than an hour. During our stay we found that the bathroom door was easily jammed, the stovetop did not work & the coffee sachets provided were well out of date. Our biggest concern however, were the beds which were suuuper firm and in our opinion very uncomfortable. I privately sent all this feedback to the property (using the same number we contacted upon arrival), but days later are yet to receive any reply. As these concerns are all quite easily fixed, had I received some sort of acknowledgment this review would perhaps have read differently.

• Brad (8/5): - Great little studio apartment at the back of Twenty Two North. You get to have the whole back deck as well which includes a small BBQ and a fire pit. (Great for Winter getaways.) Very clean and modern. Bed comfy. No...not for a family but only one or two people. WI-fi included. Walk across the road to main beach. Quiet as well. Cafe just outside the front door. Great for early morning coffee after you have finished your early morning swim.

My only complaint would be our bed was hard as a rock (and I like a firm bed) and could not sleep in it so my husband and I shared beds with the kids where the beds where a little softer but still hard. We all really enjoyed our time there.

It has a coffee shop out front, opposite the beach, flat access for people with mobility issues, secure (lock-up) car parking, wi-fi, amazing water pressure and comfortable beds. In addition, all access is by secure keypads, so there is no risk of losing the keys at the beach! Thanks for having us to stay. We really hope to be back!
