Bradley (5/5): Minimal changes and would 100% be 5 star rated - Location and price The aircoolers are not big enough to cool the rooms down. We put the aircooler on before went out which gave it 5 hours to cool the room down so we could be cool to sleep but no it was still just bearable to sleep with no covers at all on. POOL WAS EMPTY SO COULDNT USE THAT EITHER BUT NOTHING WAS ON WEBSITE WHEN BOOKED

Shelley (6/5): Our stay was fine for one night, clean, tidy room which was value for money but in need of some repa - The room was clean and tidy and value for money The room is in need of some repairs, basic plumbing of leaking taps and what looks like water damage to some of the ceilings should be addressed. Also poor tv reception, to the point of weak or no signal being detected which was frustrating.

Good Wi-Fi. awesome water pressure. It was very hot. The air-conditioner didn’t seem to be working properly. The chairs were uncomfortable to sit and watch TV.

Rooms are not bad, but no hair dryer or iron and wall mount A/C is very noisy, if it would have split system installed would be much better. Also, all outside surroundings were very neglected and urgently needs some loving care to make all place more welcoming. All place looks nothing like what you see in advertisement.

The exterior was unkempt, door was left unlocked, the room smelled, and the moment I walked in, I started itching. Pool was empty with something in it. No refunds for the 2 nights that couldn't be used by me.

The double bed was actually two single beds, which were not comfortable, so I had to use a single side only. At least put a double mattress, not two singles.

Warncken (4/5): - Clean. Paid for a family room with disability access. We get discount from Bookings.com for making so many bookings. When we got there, didnt get what we paid for . Got a twin room with one si gle bed and and a double. When asked about it, they tried to say that how it was booked. Showed them the booking receipt and still got told no, you booked that room. I would highly recommend that if booking through them, check everything . Wonr be back using this one again.
