Staff were polite and helpful and minibar was well stocked when I didn’t feel like going out for snacks! It was a little far from uni and the bus stop that gets you there in the morning for classes was a bit of a walk away (if you’re trying to get there for classes that starts by 8am) but everything else is perfect.

Bedside lights had been broken and not fixed properly, could not direct the light. Main lights were very dim. Bathroom vanity tap needed new washer, unless tightened more than is normal I would wake up to the tap running through the night. Toaster has really short power lead - could not use unless placed on top of microwave. Could do with power point near table to plug in computer lead, had to run the lead across the room, also no direct light near table if you want to work from the room. Extended stay to 4 nights - then asked for a discount for 5th night and was told by receiptionist she could not do that because if she did the difference would be taken from her pay. Come on .......

• Margaret (8/5): Very spacious and well equipped room. - The room is very spacious and it has a kitchen area which is really good for people who have food intolerances and it’s safer to cook your own meals and not get sick from going out to unfamiliar food venues. Plenty of room to feel relaxed after travelling. Plenty of car parks too. The entrance is easily missed if you don’t keep a look outfit it. Signage is not easy to see from a distance. Especially from the other side of the road.

• Jannifer (5/5): - Fantastic linens, fantastic service, fantastic towels, fantastic bathroom but the bed was not very comfortable. It was hard as a rock and it was more comfortable sleeping on the floor. The bed was very very very uncomfortable and hard as a rock. The size was great.

• Tippins (8/5): Very pleasant stay for a night, would highly recommend to anyone for a few nights stay. - The beds were very comfortable, clean bathroom and clean room. The location next to the road.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The location was convenient and quiet at night. One small thing that could be improved is the housekeeping communication. Our room was cleaned while we were out, even though we hadn’t specifically requested it. While we appreciate the effort to keep the rooms tidy, it would be nice if guests were informed or given the option beforehand. Clear communication about housekeeping would make the stay feel more comfortable.

• Lenore (4/5): Disappointing ! - Thought it would n Be convenient but our room was near to street with heavy traffic. Location noisy with traffic all night . Very much in need of makeover .after shower water all over bathroom floor was a hazard,hod to use towels to mop up .
