• Hideki (7/5): friendly staff clean room with security issue - Staff were friendly and polite, comfortable bed and generally tidy. Firstly, they don’t have proper lock on the door. Very cheap door lock without door latch or chain. I’m sure anyone can break that door lock very easily instantaneously. So I felt unsafe( I’m male) . Then saw the sign to wash plates, utensils and place back, also need to rubbish out. Note on extra charge if rooms isn’t kept tidy. I’m quite terrified and disgusted that motel don’t wash dishes after someone use. I don’t trust visitors to clean it throughly on their vacation. Felt uneasy for that the reasons.

• osama (10/5): A clean, comfortable, and affordable stay with excellent service, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. - The property was clean and well maintained. The room had a fresh smell and felt comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The reception handled requests quickly and with a positive attitude. The price was very reasonable for the quality offered. It provided good value for money. The location was convenient and easy to access. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle free stay.

• ASM56 (8/5): Very Clean & Tidy - Great centrally located motel, very clean, well equipped, great walk in shower. Unfortunately it backs onto a railway shunting yard which was very noisy from train engines loading up rail carts, it happened 3 times over 4 hours, (bang crash). Also no provision for Netflix etc.
• juliesU8763LG (10/5): Perfect on every level! - We needed accommodation in Emerald and I went searching close to the time we had to be there. Our trip was for a very sad funeral. We needed to stay for four days and we needed the location to be towards the middle of Emerald as we had to travel in different directions frequently while there. Emerald Park Motel ticked the box and when I compared the value for a room for three adults it was very good. The staff are amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Check in and out were smooth and I really appreciated the warm and considerate email that welcomed us. We were told that the Motel is being renovated. This showed in the modern decor and super cleanliness. It surprised us how quiet it was and we really appreciated the comfortable beds when we returned from our long and emotional days. I would highly recommend the hotel to all visitors visiting Emerald.

• TaniaM3770 (10/5): Best motel ever! - Hands down the best motel I have ever stayed at. Impeccably clean both inside and the grounds. I booked as I saw they had a coffee pod machine (nice) but the absolute best feature was having a super comfortable recliner chair in the room - game changer! No trying to watch tv from an uncomfortable but cute chair or dining chair, or sprawled on the bed. True relaxation after work. Very convenient and quiet location and the staff were fabulous. Have recommended to all my work colleagues!

It did not disappoint, it was exactly as pictured online. The room was fresh, extremely clean, modern, functional, and parking was directly outside, the bed was very comfortable. Overall it exceeded my expectations. I was only there one night, but could have easily stayed a week in comfort. There was nothing to fault.

• kierenh951 (10/5): Highly recommended. - One of the best motels stayed at while traveling, clean, quiet, modern, functional, secure, great standard of room furnishings, very accomodating after day of driving, close location to town, very easy check process, and stuff where helpful. One of the few hotels during my travels through Sa, NSw, QLD so far that offer a great all round experience, and even better at the price. Hotels costing $100 more a night didn’t come close. Would have enjoyed staying a night or week. Highly recommended.

The rooms are immaculate , very close to everything in town, staff really welcoming and helpful. Being a previous customer my checkin process was quick and seamless after long days driving...this is much appreciated. Nice big shower and desk with internet access enabled me to work from my room. Also very quiet location and a nice big lounge chair to sit and watch the Broncos win their Prelim Final !!!

Bathroom was clean with lovely fresh towels, a large and easy accessible shower and hot. Bed was comfortable with clean and fresh sheets, aircon was quiet and efficient. Great motel, easy walking distance to shops and places to eat would highly recommend a stay.

• PadreJose (10/5): A pleasant stay - I had an early flight out of Emerald and decided to stay in the town. The Emerald Park Motel looked good and had excellent reviews so I decided to give it a go. The place seems fairly new, my room was comfortable with a good bed and chairs, amenities were quite nice, and reception was friendly and professional. I had a pleasant evening and good sleep, despite some noise from the railway line. I’d stay again.
