• Jenny (10/5): Super Untekunft! - Alles, mega faires Preisleistungs Angebot! Parkplätze gratis an der Strasse, in 3-4 Minuten ist man im Zentrum mit dem Auto, einkaufen sehr nahe. Es war mega sauber, ob Zimmer, Küche oder Toilette. Sehr ruhig, ja man hört die anderen Gäste aber das ist ja in Neuseeland überall mit den Dünnen Wänden der fall, zieht aber definitiv andere Gäste an als in einem Hostel oä. Angenehme Gäste & kommunikation mit Paul sehr schnell. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder hier buchen wenn wir wieder einmal in Mount sind. Nichts.

• colin (10/5): As above. - Paul the manager was friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. The property was clean, had nice personal touches to the decor and the ambiance was nice. A very homely feel about the place, with easy access to eateries and the town. The facilities were spacious and more than adequate. For the price this venue is a treasure and great value. I would reccomend to friends, clubs and would certainly stay here again. Hard to find fault with value for money! Enjoy a value accommodation at a value price!
• Elena (8/5): Misschien duurder, maar zeker beter dan veel hostels - De gedeelde badkamers zijn heel schoon, net als de kamers en de keuken. De bedden slapen heerlijk en de algemene ruimtes zijn heel ruim en goed ingericht. Er is op loopafstand een goeie busverbinding en het strand is dichtbij.

Not a place to take young children without own sleep bed. - Situation for overnight stay fine- Unclear on booking .com that no child’s bed would be provided if we booked for a cold. It said no ‘extra’ Childs beds would be provided which is ambiguous. Children under 8 free but have to sleep in parents bed. Too tired and too late to make other arrangements when truth dawned . A dreadful night was had by the parents of the two year old.

La habitación muy justa de tamaño. El baño también pequeño pero limpia y conveniente para esta vías cortas. El trato, estupendo. La habitación muy pequeña y tb el baño.

• Mayra (10/5): Muy buena experiencia - La ubicación del lugar era buenisima porque tenias todo cerca. La playa está a pocas cuadras y a la vuelta tenes varios lugares para comer. La habitación era un poco pequeña y tenia el lavamanos casi pegado a la cama y a parte el baño. De todas formas estuvo bien.

Complimentary tea and coffee. complimentary washing powder for laundry. The women cleaning the accommodation offered us clean towels. Very short walk to the bay oval. Lots of street parking available. Effective air con Comfy beds Very clean shared showers Hot water Nice communal areas. Simple and easy check in - no keys to keep safe! 25 minute walk to the Mount. Our room was a little small - but this is very minor and we kept most of our luggage in the car. No where to store luggage really inside the room.

• matthew (6/5): Affordable and pleasant enough for a short stay - Staff were very friendly. Room was very clean. The staff were kind enough to contact me after I left an item behind. Quite noisy in the morning due to the location of this accommodation being situated in a commercial area.

• Tahi (10/5): Safe and friendly environment - The location. Very quiet, close to everything and if you prefer walking then this definately will surprise you how close the beach the mountain trek and shopping is. Friendly environment to meet people.

The actual size of the room was hardly big enough to move around, with roughly only a foot each side of the bed

• Sarah (8/5): Comfortable and clean. - Lovely room, clean and comfortable for a family of four. The little kitchenette had everything we needed for breakfast and lunch. Then the bigger shared kitchen had oven and cooktops should we want to make a meal for dinner. Good quiet location a bit of a walk into the centre of town but easy to drive to and accessible parking across the road. The keyless entry was good however it would have been nice to have a latch on the door in the inside for peace of mind. Our child could open the door herself and get out whenever she liked, so having a latch would allow us to sleep easier. We put a bag in the way in case she got up in the night and left the room.
• Honey Lou (8/5): Comfortable guesthouse in Mt. Maunganui - Situated in a prime location. A few minutes away from Pilot Bay, even walkable if you’re up for it. More or less a hundred meters from the main highway so the surroundings are quiet. Easy access to food establishments and transpo as well. Online check in and keyless smartlock made my arrival safe and hassle free. Quick and efficient communication with the host. Air-conditioned rooms. Comfortable sitting areas. Well-maintained cleanliness in its premises. It would be nice to have paper towels or disposable napkins in the kitchen area instead of the towelettes for drying hands. It’s safer and more hygienic. A rack for shampoo/soap in the toilet would be nice as well.
• Herbert (8/5): - It's a cozy and clean house with a big kitchen for the guests, quiet close to the beach. We had a good time there! The booking-process was a little bit complicated with several registrations.

• Kevin (9/5): Comfortable and quiet stay. - The owner, Manager, was extremely helpful. I like the relaxed atmosphere I feel when I'm there. The facilities are great, and the lounge is really comfortable. This is the second time I've stayed at this venue. I like the proximity of it to town and the beach. Lack of parking, but it was no real issues.
