A home from home feeling in every room! My only wish is that we stayed longer to really enjoy our time in the accommodation and the many many activities there was to do in the surrounding area.

- Paul (7/5): Beautiful villa in a private, quiet and semi rural setting perfect for a couples escape but with some shortcomings in th - Lovely semi rural setting. Beautiful spacious villa with a large comfortable bed and bathroom. Spa bath was a welcome place to sooth after a long day of bushwalking and sightseeing. The bed was super comfortable ands large. The villa was spotlessly clean. The kitchenette was poorly equiped as we had hoped to cook our evening meals but were unable to due to the lack of a stove (induction or gas) of any kind. The only way to cook was using the microwave which was located at floor level in the bottom of a cupboard and required me to get down on hands and knees to read the control panel to set it. There was also no sink. The small bar fridge froze our food even when it was stored in the fridge zone (not the freezer section). We had issues with the satellite TV which required a full reset every time we wanted to use it and was plugged into a different HDMI port to what the TV instructions noted. The were only two double power points that I could find and one of those was in the bathroom and had been broke on one side and rather than being replaced had been tapped over to prevent its use. So charging mobile devices was not easy and we expected better electrical maintenance.

- SUSAN (6/5): Beautiful villa if you have a car to get to restaurants and beach etc - Beautiful studio, bed really comfortable. Outside space nice with loungers and table and chairs. Ad said kitchenette and it has kettle, small fridge, toaster and microwave, no sink or hob for example so not really suitable for self catering. We had a problem with the fridge as our food and drinks froze as no door on the small freezer compartment but the contact said they would look at it. You need a car as nothing is near enough to walk to re cafe bar or restaurant.

The overall property is fantastic, including the location and facilities. There was a wedding in an adjacent property, but we were forewarned by the property owner and it didn't affect our stay whatsoever. Nothing!

- Juan Carlos (10/5): Perfect holiday! - This has absolute favourite accomodation in the whole Western Australia during the last 4 years I have been living here. The location is percect, under 10 min to top different surf, swim and snorkel beaches. Town and shops super close by. The house is a dream for tranquility, peace, and privacy. The house is absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. It has everything you need, from one night to a two-week stay! The price is totally worth! There is a bath room perfect for couples and relaxation. Nature-lovers will be ever-excited to see kangaroos and heaps of birds. The host was always ready to help us with anything we needed. I definitely will come back!

- Nicholas (10/5): Stylish and Tranquil - Art House Studio is a stylish and very nicely appointed apartment. The building seems fairly new and has an impressive roof that emits a lovely odour of wood. The bed is excellent, as is the shower, and there is a fully equipped kitchen. The gardens are tranquil and untroubled by neighbours, while the location is good for access to Yallingup and Margret River, with a car. It would be nice to sit at a table to eat, rather than perch on stools, and a coffee table for the sofa would be a useful addition.

Location, Ease of access, Very warm and caring hosts, The ambience is outstanding- , its like luxury amidst the natural habitat. The Sanctuary villa was just so serene, soothing, beautiful, calming and aesthetically so so beautiful. private but still close to everything. The BED was grand, plush, super comfortable and we would just wake up the melodious cacophony of the birds amidst all the tall tress... The deck is beautiful and one could just laze with a book and the nice spread of teas they had. The welcome to the villa with a water feature was lovely and the light Brazilian music when you enter was just such an amazing touch. We would have that on for all our days... just so romantic. The bathtub, double vanity, shower very very tastefully done. One of the best places we have stayed and made for a very memorable trip. Highly recommend it and if we are back to WA, we will certainly book here again.

We booked this as a special treat for our wedding anniversary and our first weekend away from the kids in 4 years and this accomodation just made our weekend perfect! It was so peaceful here, we loved sitting out on the decking listening to the birds, loved having a quiet soak in the bathtub and the tea and coffee facilities were excellent too! There are so many details that impressed us there is just too much to mention! We have reccomended to our friends and family and will definitely stay again!!

- Megan (9/5): Superb - The room was beautiful. It was a lovely studio apartment. The view at the windows was so lovely of the bush. We organised massages for when we first arrived with the management. That was the best thing ever. Awesome massages. I love a little kitchenette. And I would’ve loved a little more set up of a kitchenette. The microwave toaster and kettle are all there in a cupboard. Don’t get it wrong they had all the facilities. I probably just like cooking a little too much on a holiday.

We were down south for a wedding and this was perfectly located. 5 minutes from caves and beautiful yallingup beaches, 10 mins from dunsborough, 30 to margaret river & Busselton. It was so easy to get around so it felt perfect place for a variety! The actual facility itself was peaceful, beautiful & really felt relaxing. The bathrooms were gorgeous and I can’t fault anything.
