There was also air conditioning in the cabin so on the 35 degree days it was great to come back to a comfortable and cold room. Loved the location! Amazing stay.

Turned our holiday right around after the other accomodation we selected was nothing 2 what we were lead 2 believe. Will always book with big 4 from now on!!
• emma (8/5): Very pleased & well worth the money - Nice and close to the beach. Cabin was roomy with two decent sized bedrooms & open plan kitchen/dining. Swimming pool, tennis, mini golf, jumping pillow, volleyball and carts available for use free of charge. Ammenities blocks around the site and right next to the beach which was great. Designated car parks to each cabin so you don’t have to miss out on your spot.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great for the family. - On arrival I paid for our family spa water view room that i had booked so my family could fish just outside our room. When we got to our room it did not have any view of the water, I went to reception and explained my situation and was told that it was not there fault and was asked "exactly what do you want to see?" and that "wotif" booked the room and there was nothing they could do. So after explaining again to reception and asking them why they were happy to take my money for the "water view" room they moved people around and put us in the room we booked and paid for. I also felt sorry for the family that got moved to a different room without a view as we took the last one available. Rooms were very clean and the beds were rock hard.

• Tracy (10/5): Brilliant place to stay in Batemans Bay! - Love this place. We had a spa cabin and it was better than most lux hotels. Great walks, nice and flat for bike riding, 1min walk to beach, walk to birdland, gorgeous ducks waddling around, beautiful grounds and so relaxing. Definitely my new favourite accommodation at Batemans!!
• Carolyn (10/5): Couldn't ask for more - We had a very brief stay overnight, but were wishing it was longer. Checking in and out at reception was efficient and friendly. Our little studio room was well-designed, modern and very clean. We found the built in double bunk bed very comfortable, with lovely crisp sheets, and an extra blanket supplied should we need one. The communal bathroom facilities were conveniently located and super clean!! Having to unlock both the toilet and the bathroom with a key was a bit of a nuisance, but can understand the need to keep facilities from being used by other beach goers. We didn't use the shared kitchen but it was very tidy and clean. The camp is right on a lovely beach. Certainly a place that impressed.

• Josephine (8/5): Happy with the cabin and resort ! Recommended. - Very satisfied with the resort. Two rooms, with queen bed for us and a bulk beds for kids. Stayed at the cabin with spa which was fantastic for relaxation. Short walk to the beach. Resort comes with lots of facilities such as mini golf course, air pillow, playground, bbq pits, go karts etc for you to use. Our kids only managed to use the air pillow and borrow a DVD as it was raining the few days we were there. But great fun for the family and kids to stay at this resort. Free wifi is as good as non existent as it cannot connect properly. Short drive to the main shopping eateries place. Overall, happy to stay here.

• Leeanne (10/5): Great place to stay for a relaxing holiday - This is a great place to stay for a holiday, it has everything you need to keep the kids entertained also the beach is right at your doorstep. Close to the city centre if you need anything. There are some great little cafes and restaurants too.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Good Value, or so we thought - We stayed for 1 night in one of the Quality Affordable Studios, all we needed was a bed for the night as we'd been looking at properties on the day. The studio faced east west with a gable roof with a large triangular window in the gable, the sun streamed in all afternoon with no blind for shade, hardly any ventilation & no air con! 1 fan stuck on the wall that sounded like a helicopter, it was like a steam bath. My wife & I had to sit on bench outside till about 10pm until it was bearable inside & then it was the worst night sleep ever. Another thing the TV (smaller than my PC monitor) was positioned on to of a cupboard, you had to strain your neck to see it & then you could only see half the screen. All in all not a pleasant stay.

• dianna (10/5): Best weekend ever! - The customer service was really great at the front office, very friendly and inviting. We stayed in the studio apartments, very clean and suitable for our needs. We meet some really nice guests staying in the same complex in which we have now formed long lasting friendships. We absolutely thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward in staying again in the very near future.
• Bec (10/5): Ticked all the boxes for a break with young kids - With a 3 year old and a 17 month old this was a great destination for a family get away. We had a 2 bedroom cabin that was in excellent condition and easy access to Corrigans Beach which meant there was no packing up the kids to go to a beach and was just tiny waves for them. Fabulous other facilities like the pool, mini golf and trampoline and the whole family was happy. Everybody was just happy, relaxed and friendly. Only suggestion would be a gate on the cabin verandah to contain the little one!!
• Nadine (10/5): Comfortable even in peak period - The park is set out as such that don't encounter hordes of people during the peak times. I was worried I would feel like I was holidaying in Pitt St, but it didn't feel that way at all. Very comfortable and relaxing couple of days away.

• Jen (10/5): Cosy for short stay - Everyone in the area was very friendly. Access easy although could do with railings on step of studio rooms as i took a lady with an intellectual disability that could not go up and down the stairs with me holding her hand. She otherwise walks quite stable.

• Lisa (2/5): Noisy room, no sympathy from staff - We had booked two nights in the studio cabin and were kept up all night by the people in the cabin next door and across from us. They weren't being particularily roudy but due to close proximity we could hear them talking, slamming doors and stomping around all night. We decided to check out early (not expecting to get a refund as we had paid up front and knew the conditions). When we told staff we were checking out early they were rude and disinterested, they didn't ask what the problem was, show any concern or offer any kind of potential solution other than telling us there is a phone number on the door we should have called. We have stayed many times before and always enjoyed our stay. We might have got them on a bad day, but customer service us important to us and we won't be going back after this experience.
• John (8/5): Handy stopover - Room was clean fairly modern and grounds around well maintained. The studio style room was not ensuited and the toilets /showers for the several rooms accessing them were a little inadequate at peak times. Also had to walk uncovered from room to facilities which could be a problem in wet or cold night.

• Kylie (8/5): Lovely little resort with comfortable amenities - Great family getaway, perfect location for the beach. Driving distance for shops (we originally thought it was walking distance - but only a few mins drive so not bad). Unfortunately not many restaurants in close location. Park and pool within the resort were great, games room would be good for older children (our daughter is only 2). Unfortunately the jumping pillow was damaged and out of action for all 4 days we were there which was disappointing. Room was clean and well appointed (bathroom small, but big enough for 2.5 people), if going during peak season I think the resort could feel crowded. Would recommend going during quieter times as we did. No food other than snacks/essentials in the reception area.

Was allowed to use pool for extra time on closing, have stayed at this property quite a few times and have always enjoyed my stay

The play equipment, laundry and Bbq were all kept clean and were well looked after. The best feature was our own little Bbq and sink on our deck. This will be where we stay from now on in Batemans Bay

• Amy (10/5): Fantastic overall! - My daughter and I stayed in the studio cabin. It was fantastic very comfortable size for the two of us for two nights. The shared bathroom was good there was always hot water. It is so close to everything! Cannot fault this place and yes we will be back!
