• Sarah (5/5): A low budget apartment in a good location. - Good location. Comfortable bed albeit a bit hard. Nice garden ideal for children. Hardly a “chalet” or “resort” as advertised. Tiny dated bathroom. Small bedroom with not much room for luggage. Very dated fixtures and fittings. Uncomfortable sofa. Tiny TV. OK for one night but we were there for three. However, we managed.

• Helen (7/5): - The location was excellent. The room was basic and dated but clean. We didn't like the linen used on the bed it was very scratchy and uncomfortable.

• Hepworth (3/5): Our stay is just restless sleep due of uncomfortable bed - Room is clean and shower ,toilet clean ,kitchen clean , garden is beautiful. Only the bed not good ,little movement in bed you will hear the noice in blanket its like theres a plastic not sure whats on it, bed itself is hard.

• Gillyjan (7/5): Budget. - Didn't like this place! The bed was bouncy and sqeaky. The couch was uncomfortable, with no cushions and no coffee table. The TV was small and on top of an old bedside cabinet with a plank placed on the top. Old and tired throughout. No thought or care was taken with the decor or presentation of the unit, totally budget all the way.

• Hampel (10/5): - Oh the peace and quiet yet right on the foreshore. I love popping to the foreshore. Esperance is good like that generally. The kids that booked in had all the gos. Only the slightest thing. The bathroom was compact.

• Olivia (10/5): Comme à la maison 🏠 - L'emplacement, le fait que ce soit une vraie petite maison, la gentillesse du personnel, la petite terrasse privée avec le jardin et le restaurant Thaï juste à côté (délicieux). Pour être honnête presque tous les équipements sont abîmés ou anciens (cuvette wc, tables de nuit, frigo, meuble TV, chaises en plastique,...) MAIS on s'est senti comme à la maison malgré tout car l'endroit est chaleureux et on a ADORÉ y passer 4 nuits.
• Lisa (7/5): Great location and price - Location was great, across the road from the ocean. Short walk to Main Street, Thai restaurant out the front and Pier hotel down a few blocks. Bed was a little harder than we were used to.
• William (8/5): Suitable for short stay to see Esperance, easy flat walking into town centre - Location good 10 minute walk into centre and esplanade close by for walks. Thai restaurant close by Bit compact, some cupboard doors bit chipped but ok for couple nights stay

The place was perfectly clean, bed was very good, kitchen well equipt and the apartment is spacious. Maybe a light cotton blanket could be supplied as early mornings get quite cool but the blankets supplied are too heavy.

• Angela (10/5): i felt we got great value for the money we paid - everything about the property was perfect, location, directly across from the esplanade, spotless clean and really comfortable bed. the unit was fully equipped with everything we needed, air conditioned for summer, heated for winter i liked everything about the place
• Jane (6/5): It was ok - Location on the front was great. Bed was comfortable if squeezed in to a room not designed to take a good sized double. Gardens were lovely. Nice to have a bbq Run down furniture in living room and an unpleasant smell throughout that we couldn't get rid of

Quiet premises with more than adequate facilities. - Excellent location and even though on a fairly busy road we couldn’t hear the traffic noise. Lovely garden area to sit out in. Neil on reception was friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment was comfortable. Parking just outside the door was good. The apartment was old and a bit shabby however still adequate and comfortable.

• George (9/5): Overall, both nights, the rooms were comfortable, the 2 rooms were not similar in layout. - Location, Location, Location The entrance to the bathroom on the first night needs to be addressed, it would be quite easy to turn an ankle going into the room as the ledge into the shower recess has a quite significant drop for the unwary going in there the first time.
