They sold our room which we paid for to another person without our c - Nothing When we arrived for our 2 night stay, we found that they did not make up our beds! Instead of offering to make up the beds for us, the manager said that “the cleaner left already” and left us with all the bed sheets. (Never before was I ever asked to make I my own room) The rooms are very noisy as it was next to the motor way. You could feel the vibrations through the floor and walls. Then we complained about the noise etc, and went off to stay in another place that night for a good rest after a long day of driving. When I asked if we could cancel the 2nd night, the manager told us that we were not allowed cancel our second night. So I kept the key to use the facilities the next day. The next morning when we went back to use the room facilities and stay the second night, SHOCKING! there was a stranger in my room that I paid for and which I have not checked out of yet! Mind you, I still hold the room key! How did they rent out my room to another person when I have not even checked out yet?? If you ever stay here, you must not tell the manager that you are not going to come back that night, because they will rent out your room to another person without your consent! I asked the manager how they could do that when I have not checked out and when I not returned the key! She said, I don’t have to check out and I don’t have to return my key! So should I just throw away the key? I swear this is the worst place I have ever stayed at. If I could give minus stars for rating, it would be -10.

• Donna (3/5): Not comfortable - Cleanliness was good For a 3 day stay there was no where comfortable to sit except the beds the sofa was lumpy and you could feel the springs when you sat the dining seats were very uncomfortable hard wooden seats that needed a cushion to pillow to be able to sit on them we are here for my son’s wedding not a holiday

• Lee (7/5): overall our stay was comfortable - The location was convenient, two bed unit was spacious, beds were comfortable. We were downstairs and could hear every footstep and movement upstairs, so it was frustrating.

• Lara (2/5): Not a great place to stay period - Nothing No aircons , two old fans blowing dust , second room extremely hot , old everything including a hot fleece blanket as the main bedding no duvet , just a sheet , extremely run down , noisy street and we paid in full for two nights and wanted to leave the second day as we grieving a death and the receptionist said absolutely no refund even tho we vacated at 9 am. So in theory we paid for two nights stayed for 1 , wouldn’t recommend and the tv doesn’t work unless you sign into all the Tvnz Netflix etc worst place I have stayed .

Beds were uncomfortable. Customer service was shocking. The reception on arrival was not friendly. We wished to check in early. The host refused and her approach was abrupt. All in all not a pleasant experience

• Denis (1/5): Horrible and disgusting. - We left our hair dryer behind because got booted out of the venue using a lie. The owner was creeping around the room and they tried to over charge for the room twice. It was the most disgusting thing I have experienced. Be honest and kind.

Plenty of towels, crockery and beverage sachets Location not the best but good value No Mini shampoo conditioner etc Unlabelled liquid in small sauce container on the bath which I assume was bubble bath but it was very watery so I didn't risk trying it Lighting not the greatest Carparks were a bit confusing Front door had dropped so bit of a gap and had to push to get open Beds not the comfiest but not the worst
