It’s a budget-friendly motel, especially compared to many expensive places around Hunter Valley and Pokolbin. Good option if you want to save money while still having a comfortable stay. Clean rooms, easy parking, and overall good value for the price.

We left early, couldn’t wait to get out of there. - Stained sheets, looked like someone had already slept in the bed - sheets were rumpled, stained carpet, old mattress dipping in middle, very noisy, bathroom tap leaked all night. Worst motel we’ve stayed in - never again.
• onur (4/5): - It was quite strange to have a door inside the room connecting to another room. It was impossible to sleep because we could hear people walking, breathing, and even having sex in the next room all night. Definitely an interesting experience.

Stains on the bed head, old rundown carpets, dim rooms. Overall not a place I wanted to stay through the night. A long way to go to improve to the levels of the other motels

• Mansour (5/5): - This was budget priced & was exactly that in experience. It was in Cessnock which suited this visit. Staff resolved door problem. Air conditioning worked well as it was a hot day. Difficulty getting in as door was jammed but resolved by staff, just little inconvenience.

• ESTER (7/5): Not bad for one night stay - We enjoyed the location and the swimming pool. Staff was friendly. They forgot to set up the cot and they did during our check in. It was nice the room had a kettle,fridge,iron,hair dryer and two TVs. The aircon in one of the room was poor,one of the blinds was broken so we couldn’t pull it up. The room was dirty we moved the bed to join them and found some chips and a lighter.The shower head was still so it made it harder to shower my kids.

We booked bit late around 9:30 pm and arrive at the place around 11:30 pm, I am really thankful that even thought the Office closes at 9:00 pm, they provide us the Key and replied to the phone call. Overall Everything was good, The room we stayed had the lock broken otherwise everything was nice and clean. It is good for a night stay.

The room smelled musty, the water pressure was very poor, my wife found some kind of creepy crawly bug in the bedding, The power point behind the single bed wasn't operable. There was crumbling gyprock under the power point.
