Murphy (3/5): Great location low quality - Location and thibgs for kids to do Our cabin was right near the entry we had multiple large bull ants crawl onto our bed there seemed to also be many small ants constantly around thr bathroom vanity. We had no tv in adults room, table that was too small for the 6 chairs and the plumbing made the whole suit stink. Very overpriced

Murphy (7/5): We had a great time for our wedding, it was very special full of memories for all ages and members - All of the things for children to do there We didn't have milk in our room so we couldnt make a coffee

And being able to order a meal for dinner without having to leave the caravan park to find something to eat for dinner A couple of extra towels would have been nice. There was only enough for 1 each, so I’m glad I didn’t need to wash my hair

The whole family loved the bouncy pillow! Great walking track behind the park. The place also store bread and milk so you can get it easy all very reasonably priced. Just was slow to change our bathroom towels when left outside in the bucket, one night wasn’t changed over. But shouldn’t deter from the place, also location hard to walk for shops

Sherif (9/5): Great resort for small families - I have two kids 11 and 5, they found everything they were looking for, water park, kids area, video games, swimming pools, Cafe and Cinema nights dedicated for children. This place was heaven for them. Prices can be better.

Priscilla (9/5): Excellence, lots for kids and families to do. Unit was clean modern. no road noise lovely and quiet - Established gardens make things feel private and secluded. Lack of places to hang towels, could do with some hooks in bathroom.

Indoor heated pool for the cooler days, playground, sand pit with jumping pillow, splash park, arcades room, outdoor cinema (we didn’t get to take advantage of was to cold and wet😞) and the food is delicious! Only thing I would say is a bigger sign on the street bit hard to find at night but that’s no biggy!!

The staff were so accommodating and when I went into the apartment the heater had been put on for my late arrival.

Staff go above and beyond and our autistic son is loving his first stay here and building more memories as we explore caravaning. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and value for money of the food on offer. We have 8 nights left and our son will make the most of every minute here. Shout out to the amazing crew who helped us get caravan into a tight spot blown away by how helpful and welcoming they were. We love the vibe of this amazing venue!!

The cabins are a little cosy but clean and it has pretty much everything you need. The outdoor facilities are absolutely amazing. My only dislike was at the Palms bar, they serve dinner with disposable cutlery. Everything else is a huge tick!

My nine year old compares all other accommodation to this place as the benchmark of the best place to stay with lots to do. If you don't want to leave the holiday park, it's completely possible to keep yourselves entertained without jumping in a car. Facilities are second to none.

ryanwW6202BK (10/5): Brilliant! Fantastic! No complaints! - Family of 5, 3 kids under 6 stayed for two nights in a 2 bedroom bungalow. Porta cot and high chair were provided upon request for a small fee, which was very convenient. Cabin was excellent. Very clean and spacious with a large, modern TV which was handy at wind down time. The on-site facilities are practically perfect. Brilliant games room, stunning pool, excellent water park, great playground, and a good old faithful jumping pillow. The Cafe was great for breakfast, and coffee was excellent, albeit a tiny moment of contention from a staff member, but that was Minor in consideration with the entirety of our stay. The restaurant and big screen movies were a fantastic experience with great value options available. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly helpful and friendly. We highly recommend staying here and we will certainly return.

Jesse (10/5): Fantastic looking forward to booking there again next time. - The place was amazing. The cabin was clean, large, and beautifully designed. The facilities playground, junping pillow, pool/water area fantastic for our little ones. Very sad we didn't stay longer. We couldn't get our spa to work. (Did we have to pay extra for the spa bath in our room to work?). The night lights in the bedrooms are not covered properly. One of our little ones burnt themselves touch the light globe. Maybe something to upgrade to prevent further injuries. They get very got very quickly. She was okay, a small blister.

We stayed in the Retreat cabin and it was so lovely, spacious and clean. The pool and bowling was very impressive. Staff were so helpful and prompt. Food at the palms was tasty and reasonably priced. We cant wait to come back again.

I would particularly like to give a shout out to the staff at the snack bar, Louise, Julie and Spyro. Despite being overwhelmingly busy on a weekend night they still gave us fantastic service and food/drinks, they were great with the kids and always had a smile on their faces. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Many thanks guys!

531JulieS531 (10/5): Amazing attentive staff who all came together very quickly and professionally with a medical emergency with our son. - The staff at the campsite really made this a lovely family trip. We unfortunately had a medical emergency with our son whilst we were here (nothing to do with the park) and the staff, from Julie the first aider, who assessed the situation and advised an ambulance to the staff who ran us back and forth from reception in the buggy to other staff members who called an ambulance, guided them in, stayed with us and looked after us with water, reassurance and care. I couldn’t fault the attention of all the staff. The park is 5 minutes from the hospital and you don’t think you would need it but it’s very convenient when you do!

Location is close to westfield shopping and only 10 minutes to glenelg and the beach. Will be booking for next year once we get home!
whatever1874 (10/5): Phenomenal - This is our 5th January holiday in a row and the park continue to get better and better! We all agree the park is 5 star but it doesn’t stop there. The staff are exceptional. Andrew is so lovely welcoming everyone. The bar is sensational, great food & drink reasonably priced. Amazing bar staff. Huge bar with cinema for all to enjoy. 50m heated pool and smaller indoor heated pool. The biggest surprise for locals like me…..is I feel like I’m in far North Queensland as the gardens are lush. 10/10 love it. Rob & Jules
cathygO2675OI (10/5): Marion hp - In a caravan at this site, the facilities are fantastic, and the pool!!!! From checking in to escorted van placement, perfect. Only suggestion to make all site uses happy and see this amazing location for what it has to offer and just not creek cabins is cutback the vegetation growth between cabins so that even caravan sites and other cabin sites can see the amazing views to the marion wetlands and 500 year old gums. At the moment just see overgrown vine growth between the cabins which is tropical but not the unique welands/creek outlook. Otherwise perfect and will keep coming back.

Plenty for the kids to do and nice 'n' relaxing for us adults. With fantastic staff to boot who go above a beyond to make sure you stay is fantastic, and boy can they serve up a great meal. cecilyy2025 (10/5): A real gem - My family had an incredible stay at Marion Holiday Park. It is so well set up for families. The staff were very courteous and couldn't do enough to help us. For example, we had a small issue with a fishy smell in our fridge from the previous guests. Within minutes of my calling reception about it a lovely staff member came by, cleaned the whole thing from top to bottom again, replaced our water bottle and towels, and dropped off some activity packs for the kiddos. They also checked in repeatedly throughout our stay to make sure it was all fine. The main pool was a great depth and was big enough that there was always a quiet spot despite our staying during a particularly busy time. The small heated pool was nice and warm, great on the cooler days. The splash zone was a hit and the water slides were popular with the older kids. We also enjoyed the giant bouncy pillow and bowling. We stayed in a bungalow which had all the mod cons, a pretty view with bonus ducks who came visiting, and was nice and quiet. The cafe has lovely coffee and the slushies were affordable and popular with the littles. We will definitely back and can't wait for our next visit!

Brogan (7/5): We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful looking park. - Beautiful looking park with trees and gardens. The jumping pillow and playground were great. The other facilities seemed a bit dated. We were hoping for mini golf pump track. The bed in main bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and no fan in children’s room made there sleep a little restless.

There will definitely be going back again next year staff of very friendly and helpful.
Roving62101867590 (10/5): Warm, friendly, inviting and fun! Returning!!! - Sue to a care flight from Darwin to Adelaide and on discharge needing a place to stay, while being an outpatient for a fee months. We stayed with MHP from August to October, then a few days in the city and bacl again October until late November when we were able to leave. The park is amazing and the staff are even better, the warmth and kindness from MHP has been outstanding, it felt like another family. The facilities are always clean, accessible, the cinema is great for kids and adults. The food is good amd after 7pm for adults cannot beat the pizza deal! The fire pit kept us warm all night as we sat and watched some movies. The pools are clean and crystal clear, the ducks don't mind sharing! The heated pool is fantastic in winter and always being used when we can. The gyn is tidy and functional, the tenis court is indoors so you can play even on a rainy day. The arcade is great and the free bowling on arrival is awesome for the whole family. The sausage rolls at the cafe are amazing, brought in from the best local bakery in town. We stayed in my aunties RV on lot 28 and lot 26, we are keen to try the cabins or the rooms by the pools on our next visit! My wife and I cannot wait to return with our son next year for an anniversary of our journey! Thank you Marion Holiday Park
