Clean and well maintain grounds. Staff pleasant and helpful. Swimming pool area, clean and well maintained. Great IGA two streets away No comfortable chair in the room, brought the outdoor chair in to sit and relax as we were there 4 nights. The chair/space inside next to the entry could maybe have a comfortable seat. Could have had a spare pillow or two available. Shower grouting not bad, but could use a refresh with a heavy duty mould cleaner

Edith (9/5): Perfect for our requirements - It was ideally located for hospital that I was attending. The manager was very accommodating in giving us an early check-in when we phoned him. I really appreciated that. We didn't have any issues whilst there.

The bathroom very small with not much bench space in that room & shower was small. The cupboard for bowls etc too high & table was right against fridge so when opening it you had to move chairs & table.

My kids were playing in the pool at three o'clock in the afternoon and they to them to quieten down. When I approached them about the mold growing in my room the man just got cranky at me and told me it get what you pay for. Absolutely disgusting customer service. There is two other places to stay local around the same price that make everyone feel welcome And I would not suggest for anybody to stay there with children as these people make them feel very uncomfortable.

Cheryl (5/5): Disappointing but clean. - Being able to park directly outside our room was handy. Nice touch with a decent-suzed bottle of fresh Norco milk upon Check-in. Biscuits provided were very nice. The room was very clean. The bed was supremely comfortable and great bedding too. Incredible A/C, fan and water pressure in the shower. When we arrived after 5pm, we went to our room, but it had not been made up. We went back to reception and the owner (we assume), gave us another room. He told us the cleaners are $50 an hour and they don't clean. As the person in charge, he should have checked anyway. The room felt very dated and the bathroom, whilst clean, showed evidence of poor DIY sealing everywhere, the shower door wouldn't stay closed and the cheap cabinetry was not aligned at all. There were bins directly in front of the smallish garden space, which had a table and chairs. placed on full display like garden ornaments. The carpet felt like it had no underlay.

The cleanliness of the room was immaculate. I tried to find a fault and couldn't. The room was roomy and well presented. I loved the picture on the wall. The bed sheets were on the bed as tight as a drum. The bed was comfortable. The room was well stocked with crockery and cutlery, there was even a teapot! The toaster, microwave, kettle and fridge were clean and shiny. The car space outside the room was roomy which was appreciated by me. There was no chance of someone banging their car door into my car. The pool area was well presented and very inviting. The guest laundry was very clean and tidy. The motor inn also have a large clothes line and kindly provides pegs. Thanks. The men talking outside my room at 4am in the morning. Not the motor inns fault.

MELINDA JANE (10/5): Great Place to stay , great value for money and have rebooked for next year when opens to do so. - The room was very clean and spacious, was great to have fans and air con as well as a kitchen. was just what we needed. The toilet paper/sugar etc wasnt replenished. We didnt get new towels BUT i feel like we could have just gotton new ones from reception if needed, was happy to re-use for the couple of days that were there.
