Understand parking is at the back, but was very confusing with road closures and no signage to indicate to enter for parking for Blue Ocean. Understand it will be a different experience for everyone, but in the middle of the night could hear other guests loudly transporting suitcases.

• Rosalie Linda (3/5): - N/A The room was supposed to be a Deluxe Queen room for $450 including a discounted rate, for one night. It had only an uncomfortable bed and a little side table with a chair as furniture. Not at all as pictured. There was no staff at the motel, no reception, so no way to complain or ask for a better room. They sent a message saying pick up your room key at the back of the shop, the door is accessible all night, it will be in an envelope on the wall with your name on it. Not a very safe environment on top of a Restaurant. No Blue Ocean in sight, only a view over the car park. Totally over priced for what it is, more like the sleeping quarters for Restaurant staff than a Deluxe Room.
• Tara (8/5): Good stay! - Easy check in, great spot on the Main Street! Toaster, kettle and fridge in the room was handy! We don’t speak to anyone (staff wise) during our stay, something to keep in mind if you need that! We didn’t mind and it was easy to check in and out!

• Katie (4/5): Remodelled room was nice but other issues made it very overpriced for what you get. - The location was very central and walking distance to everything We paid quite a high rate for budget motel property. The tv didn’t work and we had to get service to get it working. (This was quick but happened multiple times ). The hot water in the shower is a nightmare, you have to wait ages for it to heat up, if you try to alter it slightly when in, it goes freezing cold and you have to turn it off and wait for it to heat again. We asked for room to be serviced each day given the price we paid. New towels were just put on the bed and that was it. No bed made. It was an extremely noisy room even hearing another couples intimacy from 3 rooms away. Employees smoking out the back wafts in the passage. Rooms have been remodelled but rest of motel is very dated and the tv and hot water issues combined with lack of servicing on the rooms make it way overpriced.

La nostra camera numero 1 direttamente sopra l’ entrata di cui la porta della reception così rumorosa che sentivi chi entrava e usciva . Non potevi certo dormire finché tutti gli ospiti erano nelle loro camere. Poi essendo dietro ad un locale i proprietari orientali scaricavano e caricavano e sbattevano porte senza pensare che sopra c’è qualcuno nella stanza . Muri sottili si sentiva propio tutto .

• Michelle (8/5): great experience - The room is small but clean and tidy, with complete amenities. The split air conditioning works very well and cools the room quickly. There is no reception on site, but the check-in guide is clear and helpful, with a phone number provided in case you need assistance. The only downside is the hot water pressure, which is quite low, and sometimes you need to wait a while for the water to heat up.
• Keiron (5/5): Meh - Located a short walk to the main street featuring a few bars, the only thing open after 8 was the pub. We were lucky enough to arrive for the Christmas fireworks otherwise there's not much you to do in the evening. The walls are paper thin. Our window looked onto a brick wall. The carpet in the main hall needs an overhaul. The rooms floor needed a mop (not just a sweep). There were some stains on the external bedding. The room itself only just fit 2 of us. Would recommend a "double" room for a solo traveller.

• Harry (9/5): Clean and comfortable on the Great Ocean Road - Perfect location to stop off on Great Ocean Road. Spotlessly clean with hairdryer and toiletry essentials. Quiet and comfortable. Good use of space. WiFi unfortunately didn’t reach our room at all. Also felt strange not seeing any workers, would’ve been nice to speak to somebody face-to-face about local recommendations (although appreciated all of the written communication in the room)

Struttura molto basica, non c'è nessuno dello staff al check-in e al check-out. Il prezzo alto rispetto alla qualità della stanza (praticamente un container con pavimento in pendenza), ma probabilmente è dovuto alla posizione comoda lungo la Great Ocean Road e a un paesino carino (di cui noi non abbiamo potuto godere a causa di pioggia e freddo, ma questo non è colpa del motel)

Price of room was expensive compared to other accomodation. Banging door at rear needs to be made a slow close. First loud bang was 6am. Remove smoking at rear as smoke comes into bedrooms.

• eric (5/5): Mauvais rapport qualité/prix - Chambre propre et récente, proche des commerces et de la plage. Un micro-ondes dans un espace commun réduit pour toutes les chambres. Une table minuscule pour manger. Un escalier très raide pour accéder aux chambres et monter les valises. La vue directe sur les toits en tôle et les panneaux solaires.

The five to ten minute wait for hot water in the shower is terrible and a huge waste of water. Hate to think how much precious water is being wasted!! The hot water system needs to be upgraded. The shower also needs to be cleaned better as there was a lot of evidence of mould.

Did not like having to park my car in a public car park shared with the local shops. Didn't like the price, it was excessive for what we got. No WiFi, water was annoying and the tv remote didn't work properly. The building felt like it was falling away on all angles as you walked around. Only one exit point to back carpark via steps. Es war sehr hellhörig und Check-in erst nach 14.30 Uhr möglich für alle Gäste, obwohl in Booking 14.00 Uhr steht? Solche Sachen sind ärgerlich und dann noch zu so einem hohen Preis.

• Laura (6/5): Habitacion muy bien equipada pero horribles escaleras para llegar hasta ella ademas de ruido constante! - La habitación parecia que acabada de ser renovada, estaba muy bien y bonita, ademas de tener todo lo necesario para estar comodo. Habian pensado en todos los detalles. La cama super blanda (me dio dolor de espalda al dia siguiente) Horribles las escaleras para acceder a las habitaciones- no se como lo hará alguien con discapacidad o limitación de movilidad. Horrible subir una maleta de 23kg con mochila y bolsas varias. Ademas me colocaron en la habitación justo después de las escaleras y temprano por la mañana era HORRIBLE como se escuchaban todos los pasos de la gente subiendo y bajando las escaleras como una estampida de elefantes!! Apenas pude dormir desde muy temprano por la mañana. Ademas que se escuchaba la aspiradora desde bien temprano mucho antes de la hora de chexk-out. La puerta de la habitación era de papel- se escuchaba todo. Ademas, a las 9:30am ya empezó alguien a llamar a mi puerta de room service!!! Tenia hasta las 10:00 (que me parece demasiado temprano con check-out) me molesto bastante. Encima de todo el ruido horrible de estampida de elefantes, me querian sacar de mi habitación antes de tiempo!
