• Shen (1/5): Absolutely ridiculous, HEALTH HAZARD and MISLEADING photos that show different location - Nothing. Listing photos and descriptions are COMPLETELY different from what the rooms are like in real life. There was a mosquitoe infestation both in the hallway and in the rooms. Both adults and kids were bitten in the hallway while retrieving keys, and bitten again when entered their rooms. DENGUE RISK. The listing had bed number specifications but in real life, the beds provided did not match. There was NOT ENOUGH BEDS at all eventhough we had booked the correct amount! So we had literally nowhere to sleep. There is black mould on the walls, absolute HEALTH HAZARD. The toilet had EXCRETIONS that were not cleaned, absolute HEALTH HAZARD. We had paid so much for 4 rooms but we had to relocate and find another accommodation last minute by ourselves. The photos in the listing are obviously a DIFFERENT PLACE compared to the address we were told to go to. BOOKING.COM NEEDS TO REMOVE THIS SCAM LISTING. HOLES IN THE WALL COVERED WITH CARDBOARD AND TAPE, DOORS ARE BROKEN, absolute security and safety risk. There is no bed! Just a mattress on the ground

• Gun (1/5): - none The room condition was completely unacceptable and did not match basic accommodation standards. There was no air conditioning, no shower room, and the bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels were visibly dirty. Additionally, the room had a strong unpleasant odor.

• Firdaus (1/5): Bad dream - The blanket smelled like it hadn't been washed. The bedsheet was covered in stains, bearing no resemblance to the picture. The picture was completely false. Plus, there's no receptionist coounter as in the picture.

• Lucie (1/5): Bad - The location. I didn't actually stay in the place in the end, it was very different to how it is advertised and the overall experience wasn't good. I only stayed one night and then relocated. The manager was very friendly and apologetic, though.

• Hii (1/5): Bad day. - Nothing to like. Very dirty, the staff also not polite, annoying people by speaking or even shouting very, super and deeper louder sound during midnight period. Even complaint to manager already, manager promise to warn the staff involved, but at the end, same thing happen, after 30mins, they still speak and shout very loud at corridor there. So annoying people and cause us cannot rest well.

• Shaikh (1/5): Horrible, terrible, and unforgettable (not in a good way, of course). - Nothing. My father stayed because we already paid in advance. The hotel is run by a sweeper, who brings his family to stat as well. There is no other staff. The "manager" asks for the online payment of the money, only then they open the door. My father was standing out in rain for an hour, but that sweeper didn't let him in, and was continuously asking to talk to the manager on phone. When he tried the numbers, Boone was picking the call. Later, when I called on WhatsApp they replied, and after that he could enter the hotel. Such a pathetic experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my biggest enemies.

Washroom condition damn bad with all cement finish, no proper wall tiles and floor tiles. Room super smelly. No proper curtain. No recommend to book this hotel on next visit.

• Brian (1/5): Bad experience - Nth i like. The management do not reserve the room for me and expect im not going when i want to check in at 10pm. The owner do not take the initiative to call me to check with me whether im going to check in at later time and expected me not to check in, she told me when i call her. At first, the room she give me was not clean. The bed is messy like someone has been used. After i request to change another room. The room is not clean and the toilet paint is stripping. I even saw a cockroach in the toilet.
