• Three-Bedroom Apartment

  This self-contained 3 bedroom apartment consists of 3 bedrooms - 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. (1 queen and 4 single beds are available upon request.) The apartment offers an open plan lounge, full kitchen and dining room. There is a bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet. • Dave (7/5): - Good clean apartment and generally nice location. Oven and stove both didn’t work, was reported to manager over the phone but nothing was done about it whilst we were there. There was a group having a party outside under a tarp directly in front of our apartment until around midnight. They weren’t overly noisy or loud but it did keep us awake.

• Patricia (8/5): We really liked our accommodation and found it very comfortable and convenient. - It was well cared for, clean and bright. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very roomy, comfy bed and good location to the town. Bathroom was dated and a bit old but it was functional and clean. The entry to the apartment was difficult up a steep flight of stairs which was challenging with all our luggage and the moths obviously enjoy the lights at night too…

• Sarah (8/5): We had a nice stay. The walking and hiking was incredible 😊 - The room was nice. It was clean and the facilities good. The location to town was walkable and also the Opaku spa. The room was small and there wasn’t enough toilet paper for the time we spent there. They would only provide another role at a cost. The host was nice but not very knowledgeable about walking trails.

• Holly (6/5): - The resort itself is lovely — peaceful setting, great facilities, and a relaxing vibe overall. However, the check-in experience could’ve been much better. We arrived at 3:30pm, but no one was around. The dog on-site went off, and ringing the bell only made it worse. We called the resort, and the owner returned — friendly, but no apology. Our room wasn’t ready either — the cleaner was still finishing up. We gave it another 30 minutes, and all was fine after that. Without any communication from the resort, we missed out on valuable time up the mountain. On the flip side, if we’d needed the room at 2pm, it could’ve been a real struggle — especially with a toddler. The advertised check-in time is 2pm, and waiting until 4pm is disappointing. That said, check-out was easy, and we were sent off with a cheerful corgi, which was much nicer. A great place overall, but smoother communication expected.

Enjoyed mulled wine and tasty bar snacks. Room had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. The washing machine and dryer in hallway near our room was going until late and quite noisy. Heater couldn’t be controlled by us, seemed to be on timer and controlled centrally we thought so would be better to be able to control it ourselves.

• Cory (9/5): Spectaular views from a wam and comfy apartment. - Great apartment, comfy and warm. The room sizes were fine for holiday and the kitchen was well equiped. The ski bus picked up and dropped back to the Resort which was a plus. It was a little compact - we had come from a more spacious apartment at our previous long stay so it took some adjusting but it was perfectly fine.

• Lucy (9/5): A fantastic stay, we would definitely come back! - We enjoyed the location and onsite facilities. Rooms were toasty warm and super comfy beds. Having a full kitchen set up for home cooking was great too! Our dinner at the restaurant onsite was wonderful too! Not really a space for drying / hanging / storing ski gear, but we sorted it. Stuff dried overnight with the nice warm room!

Comfortable beds, washing machine and dryer close to the room, AC in the room. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful views. The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos, not enough space for your luggage especially for ski equipment. There was also unpleasant smell, hard to say if it was from the carpets or something else.

• Nichola (8/5): Great for a get away. - Proximity to hot pools A bit dated. No extras like Netflix or Sky and no heat pump. While the heaters were adequate it didn’t allow for instant heat when it cooled at night. we had to have the heaters up high 24/7.

• Demalza (8/5): Beautiful Tidy Resprt - I liked the fact that they were flexible with check in & check out. There was no rushing which made our stay more enjoyable. We were not on the top floor as requested but really didn't matter. Nothing not to like just would have been lovely if restaurant was open.
