Room Details: Room sizes and furnishings vary; photos are provided as a general guide only. Apartments are not serviced daily. A mid-stay service is available for bookings of 7 nights or more. Payment Surcharge: A nonrefundable surcharge applies to card payments: 2% for Visa/MasterCard 3% for American ExpressPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Love the area For an ocean view room i wasn't very happy. First 3 night we were in a 3 bedroom ocean view apartment and it was beautiful. Balcony looking directly on the beach. The next 3 nights I booked a 2 bedroom ocean view and I had to look at a small patch of water though the gap of 2 buildings. So for the extra money for an ocean view I wasn't happy with that. Very hot in the back room and fan was quite noisy on high

Terence (9/5): It may not be the newest kid on the block but it's grown up now and it knows how to treat its guests - Location was perfect...never used the front of the premises always used the back because we had a car...parking was a breeze. The bed was just like home...come to think of it...it was better and I just bought mine. I may have to look under the sheets the next time we're there. Although the room was tiny we had oceans views which was great. The room was professionally presented and other than the screaming family that arrived on the 2nd day they finally settled down and it was quite pleasant. Big ticks! Size of room...but I'm nit picking. For two people it was fine. For the price point and quality it's at the peak of the bell curve.

For a noisy (interconnecting), small, self-contained studio room it was expensive... $900 for 3 nights which included nothing - no servicing of the room, no soap, no pool towels, no teaspoons and no sink. On a notice we read there was a charge for extra towels, but Reception was never manned anyway (over the whole weekend) to get them!
Denise (7/5): Ideal location but cleanliness wise needs prompt attention - Location Beds Showers Shortage of coat hangers but once we alerted staff we received more Upstairs Balcony door lock broken we alerted staff no action taken we were pleased we didn’t have young children with us Bathrooms drains were dirty mould buildup in them was offensive we physically had to put hot soapy water down drains and cover with plastic bags under cardboard boxes to assist with stopping the odour from getting through as no staff available to assist

Given penthouse apartment furniture should be comfortable and large.

The place was huge!! Such a luxurious kitchen with everything you could imagine,beautiful beds & bathrooms. And the location is wonderful . Close to the beach themarket and restaurants! Great paths for strolls along the beach ♥ we stay at Redcliffe lots and this is our favourite accommodation so far ♥ thankyou so much..
