Our adult children ( 1 on the spectrum) really appreciated the door between each sleeping space in their cabin. Being able to give each of them privacy meant a lot to them and less stress for us. Each room had a beautiful views across the centre of town to the surrounding hills. Our bed was a little on the soft side for our ageing backs and a floor rug by the main bed would be a welcome addition.

This was the cheapest hotel we stayed at, but was the most comfortable. Very clean. Everything is brand new. We were pleasantly surprised. The bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed in the one room. Very compact. Would stay here again Very compact room. They have packed a lot into the rooms. Nice shower and bathroom. Bathroom was large and water pressure was great. A second toilet and hand basin. 2 large TV's. Table and chairs out the front and on the balcony. 2 aircon units and a door to separate the rooms. Kitchen and full sized fridge. PowerPoint's with usb charging. Everything you need, excellent. Nothing.

The shower had slip resistant tiles and a choice of shower heads . A proper sink to wash cups etc not just the bathroom sink. the layout was great. Floors hadn’t been swept properly on arrival . The restaurant wasn’t open but the motel itself seemed to be undergoing some renovations - the driveway was being renewed.

- Maëlle (10/5): - L’arrivée dans l’établissement s’est faite très facilement, j’ai été accueilli par une femme adorable qui m’a fait me sentir la bienvenue. Tout était très propre et spacieux, avec une vue sur les montagnes depuis l’espace extérieur. Je n’avais pas beaucoup d’attentes et pourtant j’ai été très agréablement surprise de l’endroit, je recommande les yeux fermés si vous passez dans les alentours ! Pas de vue sur les montagnes depuis la chambre, ce qui était pourtant écrit dans la description de l’établissement.

- Samikshya (5/5): - The rooms were decent for price. We booked two rooms. One family room and one king room. The king room did not have any bathtub and we wanted to change the room. One male staff with glasses in the reception seemed very rude. He rudely said that there was lots of money difference in the room with bathtub. When we asked what the difference was he said $50. We were more than happy to pay $50 extra on top of $150 for the king bedroom only. It was just to way he was interacting, as if we were staying there for or asking for a freebie. Overall the motel was good for the price but the customer service was not good at all with that male staff. He needs to learn what a good customer service is. However in the morning there was an lady and ahe was very helpful.

- Julie (7/5): Big room but grounds not great - Big room and new. Coukd here everything clearly in next unit through the wall. Grounds not very clean. Renovating still but lots of building rubbish outside window/when sitting on the deck. Its a shame, would be a nice view from the deck, but overlooking building rubbish wasn't great to look at.
- Roger (10/5): Modern, affordable and comes with small kitchen. - The Motel is in a quiet side street just of the main road a few minutes drive from Cooma centre. I stayed in a small and excellent studio which felt brand new. It had a kitchenette, a huge fridge and a waterfall shower. Everything was clean and modern. N/a
