• suzanne (8/5): great stay would definately stay again. - The location of the apartment was excellent easy working distance to beach, parks , shops etc We stayed in unit 11, very nice open space rooms, fresh air ,sunlight with light breezes from the beach. furnishings comfortable, modern with well equipped kitchen. The management Team for Paradise Pacifique were friendly& helpful providing us with extra dates for our holiday and available fro assistance when required. This was a first stay in Cotton tree so we weren't familiar with location of shops, bus routes and restaurants in our area. A suggestion : would be useful to have some of the local shops and restaurants menus included in the unit information booklet. The booklet in our unit only had one outdated menu, we have added to the booklet with some of the restaurant menu we enjoyed.

One toilet role in each bathroom (2bathrooms) to cover a 3bedroom apartment for the entirety of our stay which was 3nights. Didn’t last very long. No shower gel.

The accommodation was everything we needed for 2 individuals on a long stay- 4 weeks visit. Private, quite, excellent location, all kitchen and living amenities contained in our apartment. A perfect stay and a wonderful location. We liked everything!

The only thing I would complain about was the bed.. It was uncomfortable, I think the main bedroom with the ensuite needs a new mattress as I felt like I had a spring in my back all night.. maybe a mattress topper would help ?? Otherwise the unit had everything we needed and it was clean..

• Diana (8/5): Where I stayed - I loved the apartment. It was very up to date and today's fashion. The furniture was beautiful. It was huge. I didn't like the shower over the bath without a suction mat. I was scared I would fall getting out. It was very slippery. There was only half a roll of toilet paper. There should have been another one. And there was no all purpose cleaner to keep the benches etc, clean. I had to buy one of which I couldn't take home with me. The salt and pepper shakers were empty.

• Rachel (8/5): Great stay with our beautiful family in a great area - Great apartment and loved the swimming pool although some pool noodles were a soooo e for a couple of days but then disappeared. The bbq area was great too. Beds comfy and apartment modern I feel when people are travelling and accomodation offered a dishwasher, washing machine and toilet that there should be sufficient Supplies for the length of the stay. There was only one dishwasher tablet, 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 sachet of laundry powder. It’s not something you want to go and buy as you can’t buy a couple of each of these things
• Vinod (7/5): Pleasant, could be much better if the Points described above be rectified, we would return if fixed. - It was very fortunate that we phoned 2 weeks before, as there are no LIFTS at all and 4th floor was impossible for us to accept, so Tyrone managed to get level 2 which to was difficult for 73 years old people. Tyrone and Luke were very helpful, but it was ODD that there were no pool towels, or 2nd Hand towel for 2 people. POINT to note: cockroaches at night, and spiders crept into from a door that cannot be opened on the westerly side (seems like balcony). General cleanliness was good however, Stove-Oven is very old and needs replacing. The Microwave was fine. • Alan (7/5): Comfortable, but lacking service. - The apartment was spacious, clean, and well appointed. There is not enough staff, it seems one individual was manning at least one other nearby property. For the price point I'd expect not to have to wait for attention from staff. I had to wait on the street for around 10 minutes on arrival for reception staff to bring the key. Later in the evening we found the main toilet door was locked from the inside. We had to wait about 30 minutes for reception staff to come and unlock it.

Unit had easy to use washing machine and a dishwasher too. could use more power points also noticed some areas in need of repair. But noting major. Small water leak and damage to architrave at bathroom\toilet.

Windows and sliding doors needed fixing/servicing as so hard to open. No battery in 1 of the remotes for fan . Airfryer was very old and dirty and needed replacing. Found old toothpaste in cupboard and a comb in room from past occupants yet a sign saying we had to leave the unit as we found it so don't think cleaners doing their job

• Metin (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great, just a street away from the beach, a short walk to the local shops at Cotton Tree (literally 200 metres) with the Sunshine Plaza a 10 min walk away. The apartment was very well kept and very comfortable for me and my young family.
• Louise (5/5): Excellent location, accommodation is dated - Location was excellent. Close to everything. The main bed was saggy and neighbours on the side where the apartment was partied to all hours on a few night we were there. Ceiling fans were noisy in the rooms if turned up to a higher speed. There was only aircon was in the main loungeroom and main bedroom and not in other 2 bedrooms. Not enough cutlery for 6, knives for cutting were blunt, most things were a mix of pieces of other glasses, plates etc. Microwave turn table did not work and was broken. Drive away has a huge lump at the top and it was difficult to see if you were going to run someone over when coming out. Widows were dirty on the outside and not to clean on the inside.
• Allan (5/5): Not the best place that I have been, nor the best management. - Nice location to beach, markets etc. The apartment was big enough for 6 adults. Good breezes Bed was too soft (but I dont like soft beds, others might). The towel rails were only just hanging on the wall in both bathrooms. It is not well kitted out (crockery and cutlery) for 6 people. Screens were quite dirty. Was charged another $95 to replace a broken key which as damaged at pick up. Host not willing to talk, just charged me, so beware. Being Christmas, there were two parties on the weekend next door that started about 1am and kept going to 4am. The road outside is quite noisy during the day. DVD player but no cable to connect it to the TV. Foxtel advertised outside but not available. Not a smart TV

Our group of 5 stayed for 9 nights, but were only given one very small hand towel in each bathroom, and one bath towel each - we would have expected these to be changed at least once during our stay. There was an awful small in the ensuite bathroom. It was disappointing to have only one dishwashing tablet and one washing machine powder sachet for our 9 night stay. There was no one on site at the property to discuss options for exploring the area.

The male staff member that assisted us after being given the incorrect key to access the apartment after we had been out for dinner, was absolutely wonderful and arrived very quickly to assist us after I'd left a voice message on the number provided. We had 2 adults and 2 teens with overnight bags and getting up/ down the stairs lugging bags was not fun. I would not like to be elderly and staying on a floor above ground level..

• Danielle (7/5): Good value accommodation. - The location of the property was great and the size of the unit was good and suited our needs. The price of the accommodation was very reasonable also. The unit was very dusty which didn't make it feel completely clean. There was a thick layer of dust on the bed head and on the faux flower vases in the bedrooms and the lounge room. Some of the linen was stained too but you could tell it was laundered. We also got a lot of cigarette smoke wafting through the unit from surrounding units in the complex which wasn't pleasant. We had to keep the doors closed which on a few warm days we had was inconvenient.
• Heather (7/5): Great location, good value, will visit again. - The location was great and close to the Wedding we were attending. It was great that the apartment was spacious enough for extended family to visit while we were there. I don’t normally find fault but the kitchen was in need of a good clean, cupboards need some organising, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes that had been there for a few days. . The rest of the unit was spotless and very comfortable.

• Angela (10/5): Best Stay Ever - Beautiful place to stay, in the past 50yrs of staying in hotels Paradis Pacifique had the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in, 💯 happy, staff were so lovely, we had 4 hotel rooms for our family, our event was a Bridal Party & family from overseas, facilities were amazing, bbq & pool, we would without a doubt be booking here again in the future, the rooms were in an immaculate condition.

• Ian (6/5): Great location for buses but overall expensive for what was on offer. - I liked the location, flat was clean. Good cutlery and crockery and bed was comfortable. Toaster did not pop up which is unsafe, pools coldish and out back beside carpark. Our unit was ground floor and visie from.the street so little privacy and we had to provide own soap, toilet paper, clean the apartment and minimal linen for 6 nights. Wifi kept cutting out.
