• Nikita6057 (10/5): Top notch. Absolute luxury - It's absolutely beautiful here. We scored an upgrade to an apartment, because who needs just a bedroom? The room overlooks the pool, so we can watch the swimmerlings do their thing while we stuff our faces with the included breakfast. Bonus! The TV channels actually work, which is cool. There's even a security gate to the carpark. On the downside, the carpark lights are a bit too enthusiastic, so blockout curtains would be awesome and the electronic gate to the carpark squeaks

• daryl (9/5): Everything was perfect except the rude guests who came in at 2am and yelling at top of gheur voices until 3am. That was - Room clean, modern and comfortable. Pool layout nice and clean. Secure, clean and comfortable.
• Clare (8/5): Neat, clean, well-located and good value. - I liked the large, well resourced share kitchen. Central location. The shower pressure was too weak. The bright light in the hall shone into our room through the gaps in the door at night.

• Annette (9/5): Comfortable, convenient and secure. Staff were friendly and helpful. - Some rooms were being renovated during our stay. As a consequence, we were upgraded to a room away from disruption and not inconvenienced in any way.
• ChloeJSS (6/5): Did the job but beware of ants! - The staff were helpful with a late check-in, providing instruction for a key to be left in a safe-box. We didn't get chance to use the pool or many of the facilities but it looked good and there was a big communal room downstairs which looked nice. The rooms and furniture felt a little dated but did the job for a quick stopover. Make sure not to leave any food in bags on the floor in your room as they were covered in ants in the morning!

• Christina (9/5): Lovely place to stay - Comfortable bed. Loved the communal kitchen with all appliances, cutlery you need. WiFi excellent As long as you arrive before reception closes at 5 pm all is good if you arrive after you have to call them for key safe number. But no issue for us that’s why it was our second stay

Easy to find just off highway 1 Late check in for some one like us travelling without internet coverage ( we are from uk ) to send us passcode to get through gate and then to phone for key lock number is difficult as the reception closes at 5pm

Both bedside lamps didn't work initially, then we moved the bed head and saw it wasn't even plugged in. Bar fridge has glass door, which shines a light in the room all night, there was no face washer in bathroom

• Jessica (10/5): Would recommend for a short stay. - Clean, great staff I had to go through an electric gate to get to the office and I didn’t see any signage to indicate where to go or how to get past the gate.
• Mark (7/5): Reasonable price. Some rooms newly renovated. Old mattess. - Convenient location on the main street leading into the CBD. The room was very recently renovated, so was clean and fresh looking. The rooms have only a kettle, but there is a full guest kitchen downstairs for preparing or heating up any meals if you want to self cater. The rest of the floor was still being gutted and refurbished. So the power tools started at 7am Thursday morning. The change to the bathroom has added a small step, that has been painted black. I stubbed my toes three times in the my night stay, walking to the toilet and misjudging the step. While the room was new, the mattress was old, tired and uncomfortable with springs poking into me.

• Adam (8/5): - Nice location, only a few minutes drive into town and local restaurants. Clean, comfortable room. Easy “late check-in” procedure via the lockbox - all communicated well via text messages. Nice common area and kitchen. No lift to get up to the first floor.
• Carolyn (9/5): Great place for a short stay. - Comfy bed, nice hot shower, very clean, good location with good security. Lovely staff and enjoyed the pool. There could be a few improvements but there’s nothing not to like, we enjoyed our stay.
• Jenny (5/5): Great location. Being renovated but quiet at night. - Location was good, not far to walk into town if you don’t have a car and supermarket one block away. Bedroom and bathroom are a good size for a motel of this era. I agree that TV on top of wardrobe isn’t great but hopefully that will be relocated with renovation. My room (13) was quiet at night. They are being renovated however in the meantime the very old airconditioner was too noisy to be able to use if you wanted to sleep. I did request for early access to room if possible as I was going to a funeral. The Sails motel replird they would try to assist however by the time the room was available it was of very little help which was disappointing.

Nice and clean Shower- No cold without turning off the hot and no hot without turning of the cold. Nearly burnt myself. Sunday Check-Out - Check out is 10am but no one was in the reception on a Sunday until 1pm. Luckily I was able to leave key in the same safe that I got my key for after hours check-in.
