- Graeme (8/5): Modern and well appointed tiny house but tight on space. - We stayed in a tiny house on wheels which is new and well appointed. Very clean. Location is excellent as it’s a short walk to the town centre. Space is very tight with inadequate space for luggage etc. The tiny house looks somewhat like a shipping container. Presumably the structure has been designed so it can be towed to higher ground during severe flooding of the adjoining river.

- Rodney & Judith (8/5): It was a great spot to stop on our way home from NSW. - The Manager helped us plot a route to get home through safely through flodded roads back to Nt Qld.!! He saved us from getting stuck on the side of the road. Nothing could have been better or improved.They found a spot for our truck and trailer to park and was not worried about it being outside at night.

Wasnt very cool in the room, airconditioning seem to struggle with the heat & took until late in the evening to cool the room down. Waa unable to rest upon arrival in the room. Prefer the cabins ro stay in due to not dealing with the heat to well & a medical condition.

The second room had no fan and no air flow. The floors need a good scrub/wash. Walk around barefoot in the property and feet were dirty, can see the floor boards need a good wash. Cooking facilities however was no chopping board to cut on.

Sunsets amazing. Bed rolls but can easily be remedied with towels. A slight leak under shower. No bedside table on one side but we just used a chair. Nothing major.
