• Shalini (5/5): Decent stay - I've booked 2 rooms and requested for side by side units which i was given as promised, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, Breakfast buffet was average as the choices is not much and the rooftop pool was enjoyable, Plenty of free car parking The room was dusty and even the electric kettle was dusty with dirty coffee cups. The aircond is too noisy and the airflow is not strong. The bathroom is quite smelly and most annoying is the shower cap is so hard to adjust, its very inconvenient to take shower with the water flow. The WIFI connection was too weak No Smart TV

• Balqis Liyana (7/5): For me, we can sleepover here but not stay all day in room sbb bilik berhabuk. - less than 1 minute to beach. got shoplots & restaurants around hotel. package included breakfast, iron, kettle, fridge. very much family friendly. too far from teluk kemang centre, carpet in room seems too old & dusty. be careful for kids who is allergy to dust plus who still crawl. carpet in elevator not stick properly. ramai hampir tersadung sebab karpet asyik terselak. not many choices of breakfast. not always restock/refill the meals & plates unless kita panggil minta restock/refill. just thats can be improve and other than thats all fine.
