Peta (9/5): It was great and I am looking forward to staying there later this week. - The location was nice and central. The room was very comfortable as well as being functional. I am not all that mobile and Tony was very understanding of my needs and he made sure that everything was taken care of.
Rowan (9/5): Modest, freindly and convenient lodging - The motel was located at the start of the main town centre so we were able to walk to all locations. We were in town for the annual Scone Horse Festival and it was the perfect location to easily gain access to all of the attractions, events and eats. The proprieter Terry was very friendly and accomodating to all of our requirements. We stayed in a Family Room which was very comfortable with 2 rooms and good ammenities. The overall motel is a modest, reasonable value for money venue that is perfect for a family stay without blowing the budget. We would definately stay at this motel again in the future

Kristeen Clifton (7/5): Visitors - It was walking distance to everything, very central. Room was a good size, we booked a family room by error (we booked it months in advance, so we had plenty of room. The room was clean and tidy and suitable for what we needed. We were located in one of the wings of the hotel, not in the house. It took along time for the hot water to come through, having to run the water for some time before we got hot water. We had ants in our room and had to go and buy some bug spray. The owner/manager was not at reception when we arrived and had to contact him when we arrived at 2.00pm. It is ashame the pool was not functioning, it looked like it has not been used for a long while. Not sure of the rules of not smoking but the people next door smoked outside their room and the smoke came into our room and it was horrible.

The beautiful man who checked us in and offered us some drinks which was much appreciated being a hot day. The size of the room was huge and plenty of space outside for my 3 yr old to explore The bed was a little firm for me but I was that tired from travelling it wasn’t a big issue.

Tony at reception was more than helpful for giving us recommendations on places to go while we were working in Scone. Will definitely stay again.

Fay (9/5): Great Accomodation and great service. - As I was arriving at this Motel after 11:30pm I called the Manager of the motel who informed me that he would organise for my room to be open, lights on and the air con working so when I arrived it was warm and inviting. I was pleasantly surprised at the room. It was clean, modern and the bed was comfortable. You could park your car outside your door so very convenient. NA

Our room was separate from the main homestead (which you can also stay in) and located on ground level - ideal for us. It was very spacious, clean, and the beds were super comfy! The new owners were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.

New mattress which was great...not too soft or too hard....it was just right, thank you Tony for asking for our feedback. We appreciated having a small kitchenette in the room as well. The hot water seemed to take forever to arrive, so maybe extra hot water systems need to be installed. Hate the thought of how much water is wasted while waiting for it to warm up.
Joseph (7/5): A good stay at a handy location - Very handy location to the centre of Scone and its retail district. Close to a local Coles, although far from the Woolworths. Within walking distance from the Scone railway station, RSL and local restaurants of which there are very few. Very poor wifi - although during my stay there was an issue with Telstra and not a fault of the venue or management. Tony the manager was very gracious and apologetic, despite it not being his fault or doing. I really appreciated his attitude and willingness to resolve an issue that was outside his control. Thank you Tony!

Tony is amazing with all visitors and is genuinely happy to meet with them and make their stay comfortable. Rooms are clean and well equipped.

He also upgraded our room which was really lovely. As the room we stayed in had floor boards, it would have been nice if there was a rug in the bedroom and lounge room. And a tv in the lounge room as well/or instead of the one in the bedroom.
