• Vavine (8/5): A nice place to stay - I liked the kitchen and the roof top. Sharing mix is quite concerning and uncomfortable. Perhaps could have rooms for men and women separated. Or those with couples could be in one. Also been in rooms upstairs and have to drag bags up was not satisfactory. Also rooms could be allocated based on the size of a person although it’s random bed selection. For me it was awkward and uncomfortable climbing on top of the bunk bed.

• Andrés Ojeda Ruiz (5/5): Good rooms, small and tidy kitchen. Staff can improve - Bedrooms are really comfy in general. Good mattress and curtain plus plenty space and lockers in the room with AC. Very tidy kitchen and somewhat the toilets as well Part of the staff is not very willing to help when exceptions or special requests are needed. Stayed for 2 weeks and couldn't have breakfast before work because they didn't open the kitchen until 6am. When I asked to see the cctv to determine who had taken my groceries bag I left in the common area one girl of the staff refused because it was too tedious to check them. Later on tried again with other girls of the staff and even when we saw who of the staff had taken it to the staff room after cleaning that night, it was impossible to ask it back.

• Wayne (10/5): I had issues with another hostel that wouldn’t let me stay without a non- Australian passport, but Caroline at the front - It was close to the CBD. Across the road to supermarket , bars & restaurants & a cinema. Close to public transport.

El baño amplio y limpio Me pidieron que pague la seña de la llave exclusivamente en efectivo, al otro día al hacer el check out no había nadie para devolverla y que me reembolsen el dinero. Y cuando veo el resumen de la tarjeta también me cobraron la llave en la tarjeta. Al salir deje mí llave en el mostrador. Fue desprolijo el manejo

• Marine (1/5): Terrible experience, completely unfair and money-driven. - El rooftop These people are basically thieves. They grant credits to some guests but refuse others without any consistency or fairness. For example, someone who simply wanted to go on vacation to the Gold Coast was given a credit with no issue, while I, who had a genuinely valid reason, was denied. It feels like they just want to keep your money, especially since the hostel is always full and they would have no trouble rebooking the bed. On many levels, it’s clear they only care about money. A friend of mine was even kicked out for bringing her e-bike battery inside during heavy rain to keep it safe. Instead of showing any understanding or compassion, they used it as an excuse to charge her $350. No empathy, no flexibility. My advice: don’t book too many nights in advance. The moment they have an opportunity to take your money, they will, without hesitation.

• Alice Maya (10/5): The perfect place to stay - We stayed at the summer house two years ago, and now everything is new, with excellent management and organization. I loved the daily cleaning of the rooms. I appreciated the curtains for the beds, which weren’t there before. No odors in the room. Maybe the mattresses are too hard
• Sol Agustina (3/5): Bad experience - The only good thing about the hostel is its location, as it’s close to the train station and the area seems safe. However, it’s not very close to the tourist area, it's about a 20-minute walk. We stayed for 2 nights and honestly, it was a disappointment. The staff is a mess—the receptionist didn’t seem to know what he was doing. We asked if the deposit was a pre-authorization and he couldn’t answer, and in general he wasn’t able to respond to any of our questions. The housekeeping staff were very disrespectful. They entered the rooms multiple times at all hours, making a lot of noise, talking loudly, and even playing music, even when they could see people were sleeping. One of the housekeeping staff members refused to let us get water from the kitchen, saying he had already cleaned that area and we couldn’t use it anymore. We explained that we only wanted water, not to cook, but he still refused and asked us to leave. The overall atmosphere of the hostel wasn’t very good either.

There are stores near the hostel so that’s convenient Not that much infrastructure to stay calm and get rest whiteout getting in your room. Also the management is to rude with how you keep your stuff in your room and if they take it you need to pay 10$ to get it back

• Louis (7/5): - It was actually one of the nicest hostels I stayed in. Rooms are a good size, beds have curtains and amenities. Not so much specific to this hostel, as all the hostels are fairly grouped together but it’s not directly in the CBD and if choosing a particular route you will be walking past a lot of drunk homeless people.

The roof lounge Awesome aircon, someone has actually thought about it as once in bed the temperature in the room is perfect. The mattress and the pillow are just a waste of time. If you invested in good bedding your place is an easy 8.
